Wellness Retreat Center 05

Reatreat centre & spa and a hotel in Pulau Kapas, Malaysia

Hera wellness retreat centre was located in Pula capase, a very calm and cosy island, in the southern part of Malaysia. The project was proposed on a harsh cliff, so the design and material were inspired by the mountain and the island’s culture. The project is taking a full advantage of the ocean view with a grid system following the mountain and access from the mountain to add the feel of nature to the space and take the guests away from the industrial feel of our modern cities.

Medina Gate 06

The Medina Gate project has the objective of enhancing the pedestrian infrastructure in Medina and enhancing the urban landscape to rejuvenate the city. Its purpose is to create a modern outlook for the Kingdom’s cities, which traditionally relied on personal vehicles such as cars and motorbikes as the primary modes of transportation for both short and long distances, resulting in issues such as compromised pedestrian facilities. the project was a composition made by the local government of Saudi Arabia to renovate the shape of al Madina.

Site analysis and synthesis

Considerable focus has been placed on investigating the location and the external factors that affect it, such as wind patterns and the orientation of the sun in relation to the entrances of the site. Understanding these factors is crucial since they impact the environment and airflow for occupants. We placed a great emphasis on these aspects in our strategic placement of the site to encourage pedestrian activity and movement within the project.

Kingsland Road by Escape 07

Kingsland road is one of London’s most famous roads. Thus Escape as the developer were thinking about creating a new residential scheme in the area to help profession- al find lovely well serviced studio flats including kitchenette and prefabricated bathroom bods. The building is 7 floor high and 2 basements. The basement were quite challeng- ing to coordinate with different subcontractors in terms of waterproofing and fire resistance. This project was a using both Cad and BIM level 0,1,2

Bubble Resort 08

This project uses organic integration in Fabrics as the research object, through both physical and digital simulations to explore the emergent and integral relation- ships between form, growth, and behaviour in material systems. The project is an understanding collection of the local crafts like tailoring, pottery making, mixed with stuffed fabric shaped by sewing layout and different forces to achieve organic shape orientation. The project is proposide as a sea view hotel in Alexandria, Egypt.

American express headquarter 09

An office design project, using exterior and interior layout and design process.

This project was located in Abu Dhabi, and the project was proposed as a headquarter office building to manage the American express branches in the middle east. The building was proposed to have seven floors with 2 basement levels for parking. both ground and first floor were proposed as public areas serving all American Express customers. However, all the upper floors were proposed as office spaces that included workers’ disks, managers’ offices, meeting rooms, common areas and employees’ working spaces. the project has gone through all RIBA stages from concept to site and it was completed in Practice - Stage 3~5 - Yaam Architects

Tailor Made 10

Computational design project, using tailoring craft to form a new Fabric structure system in silicon valley, USA

This project uses organic integration in Fabrics as the research object, through both physical and digital simulations to explore the emergent and integral relationships between form, growth, and be- haviour in material systems.

The project is an understanding collection of the local crafts like tailoring, pottery making, mixed with stuffed fabric shaped by sewing layout and different forces to achieve or- ganic shape orientation. The project uses the physics of stitching force complied with the stuffing material to formulate shape of inflation in the fabric based on the stitching line.
