The Address at Harbour Point by EMAAR is a prime luxury residential development prominently located on the Dubai Creek Waterfront. Two elegant towers create a visual gateway to the Dubai Creek Harbour at the Lagoons, framing a Santiago Calatrava designed observation tower, located at the heart of the development. The project consists of two slender towers – 65 stories and 53 stories of hotel and service apartments located on two parcels which straddle a primary pedestrian and commercial boulevard. The total development is approximately 1.4 million square feet of Gross Floor Area, which includes a podium floor of hotel and residential amenities, food and beverage, and retail. Exclusive residential amenities such as health club, spa, and swimming pools are located on the terrace level over the podium including the Burj Khalifa, and the Arabian Gulf beyond. The complex is saved by two levels of underground parking and four levels of naturally ventilated parking above grade for approximately 1200 vehicles. Responsible for the construction supervision of Architectural / ID works, the role includes duties toward supervision of site activities for the construction. The day-to-day operation(s) tackle the project technical requirements to carry out the construction activities. Responsibilities include liaison with Client/ Sub consultants/ Contractors to resolve project needs and ensure compliance with codes & project specifications. Review of Contractor’s material & shop drawing submittals to confirm compliance with codes & specifications. Manage and provide guidance to the Construction teams including Contractors. Review alternative details and materials proposed by Contractor. Review Architectural Design documents to ensure completeness and compliance with standards. Address and resolve design details related to the construction. Lead coordination with technical teams and Contractors. Review mock-up benchmarks and verify quality. Provide clarification to Contractor’s RFI’s. Coordinate interface with other engineering disciplines.
