Abu Gharbyieh villa

Two semi attached villas, for the brothers Mohammed and Sami Abu Gharbyeh, in Marj al hammam, Amman. The clients were having a 1000sqm land with an outstanding view, and decieded to build two villas with an average area of 550 ​​ sqm for each, with sperated entrances. The building consists of a shared basement, ground floor divided between them, and a roof top for each of them. The two roof floors meet in their wide and overlooking terraces. 07

Kabariti commercial complex Amman, Mugablain 14


It’s a commercial complex built in Mugablain, Amman for Mrs Feryal Kabariti and her partners. It consists of a basement floor, ground floor used as commercial shops, connected with a mezzanine floor above it, in addition to four typical floors. Area: 3551 sqm. In this Project, I was a main contributor in each: Architectural and interior Design, 3D visualization, Drafting, and supervision on Skelton and finishing works. 15

The vision of Jordan Kuwait Bank JKB is to redsign all of it’s branches in the region, The global oncultant were the turkish company (I AM) provided a ketnote design cataloge. Our scope of work on these projects as local conultant was to design a space layout due to it’s conditions and location, provide detailed drawings for each branch with it’s furniture, working a long with different engineering firms on electrical and mechanical details, and site supervision as well. The Branches I have worked on were: Madaba branch, Taj Mall branch, Al Wehdat branch, and Al-Ahliyya Amman University New Branch. 29
