How do I get started?
Contact your A&K Sales Director or A&K’s dedicated Group Travel Team to discuss available journeys and dates. Begin with a destination and date that works for a core group of travellers and build from there.
When should I start marketing and how can A&K assist?
The earlier you start, the better — typically 12–18 months out. A&K can create a co-branded digital flyer to market your group.
What journeys are available for groups?
Group space varies by journey and is based on availability. You can also add pre- and post-tour extensions.
How long do I have to market my group before I have to make a deposit?
We will typically put a courtesy hold on group space for 30–60 days before a signed contract and deposit is required. This depends on your travel date and sales demand.
