Hello! Abhinav here, I am an architecture undergraduate currently in my 4th year. I love to explore various design possibilities and opportunities to get engaged with. And, I highly believe we should build to create bigger social impacts that are not limited just to the active users of the design. I always try to learn new things from my peers that I find fascinating; you never know what comes into use. Generally, apart from designing and architecture, I would enjoy playing football on the field or a gaming console; both work. And, spend time reading and observing economics and the market.

And here, what I present to you is the way I like to work, put down in 50 pages. Every project has a different intent and learning behind it and I hope that you will like them as much as I do. Okay, let’s start then?

Semiotics of Spaces Residential Design [Spaces, Vernacular, Minimal, Construction] Odisha, India
Elating to their respective environments
and resources. Vernacular architecture is traditional in a way that it originates from specific ethnic groups and is a result of a long process over time. Beyond sustainability, vernacular architecture sheds light on another fundamental issue today. It represents the cultural identity of a certain ethnic group and becomes a tool for strengthening the bond between the population and its geographic location, fostering a sense of belonging to the space in which they live.
This design caters to the couple just moved to the outskirts of Odissa, amidst abundance of nature. The tradition, the art forms and the local architecture of the place are the key aspects of the design. These are then summed up in form of interactive and functional spaces. These spaces are attuned in its most minimal way, so as to encapsulate the memories that they come across. As space contributes to the meanings of those memories without being obvious about its role in constructing them. 07

Blending the Ignorance Vintage Car Showroom Design [ Heritage, Colonialism, Vintage, Retro ] Kolkata, India
Even though Kolkata today is adapting
to contemporary architecture and infrastructure, the colonial and postcolonial architecture, the trams and its rich culture give us a glimpse into the era gone by. The city reminiscent of the colonial capital is today grappling with a lot of modern urban infrastructural strain. One can only hope that the modernisation doesn’t trample upon the historic legacies of not only the British but also the post-colonial architecture of the common Bengali populace as well.
Where the surrounding’s architecture sees a significant amount of influence from colonial era and carries a heritage along with it engraved in day-today life. And, in resonance with this character the celebration of the same is done in various ways one of which being annual Vintage car expo. When we consider all the factors mentioned above somewhere the intersection of it lies the showroom design embedded with the Classic retro characteristics and contextual architectural elements. 15

Unwrapping the Prospect Interpretation Hub [ Uplifting, Community, Slum, Street Art ] Mumbai, India
Dharavi,
the largest slum of Asia, is a microcosmic representation of India that integrates the boundaries of different communities it hosts. The organic urban fabric of Dharavi is repository of the history and memories of those communities. Dharavi is the breeding ground of diverse businesses developed and sustained by the residents for over 100 years. With threequarters of Mumbai’s waste recycled here and a global presence in the leather and embroidery industries, Dharavi contributes around 500-600 million.
The proposal embodies the essence of Dharavi as the hub of small industries and services that transformed a dull swamp into a vibrant community of over a million residents. A centre for change and community empowerment. Integration of various major and minor activities that are carried on between the streets of Dharavi is done. Along with the use of local architectural features and elements of Dharavi. Which all results in this proposal being an interface between the Mumbai city and Dharavi. 25

Significance of Order Urban Transit Connectivity [ Urban Design, Organisation, Transit, Festivals ] Gangasagar, India
Urban order goes beyond the abstract
unit typologies of buildings and public voids; it is also defined by users’ purposes. Gangasagar Mela sees the congregation of two million people every year who take part in a three day ceremonial bathing at the Ganges. This massive gathering makes Gangasagar Mela the second largest mega fair in the world. Due to its cultural significance, the island is constantly in a state of flux. At peaks of influx, the transit systems at the island fail.
Infrastructural failure and lack of organisation at Kachuberia bus stop leads to a disarrayed urban-scape. The pandemic, being another factor, limits tourism to a great extent cutting down Gangasagar’s primary source of revenue. The program therefore intends to set up a conjunct system of transit along the main route to the Mela, through necessary amount of infrastructural interventions and envisions a resilient community having economic sustenance. 35
Durga Puja The island being part of West Bengal, the hub for the Durga Puja Festival sees the influence in its absolute manner during the month of October and November.
Market Settlements
Fishing Activity
Sacred site of Ganga Sagar comes with ample opportunities for stakeholders which results in settlement of large.
Peripheries of the island is heavily occupied in the fishing business which results into a significant amount of space being occupied for the same.
GangaSagar Island Gangasagar is a perfect trinity of religion, culture and nature. The island hosts the Gangasagar Mela annually on the auspicious day of Makar Sankaranti in the month of January.
36
Urban Transit Connectivity

Dhanushkodi Beach Road Hospital, Dhanushkodi Railway Station, Dhanushkodi Old Church, Dhanushkodi
INTRODUCTION Dhanushkodi is located at the southeastern tip of Pamban Island, the start of the submerged land bridge between Sri Lanka and India. Unoccupied since 1964 following a cyclone, it is now a famed tourist destination. Placed between two seas, it is a major fishing hub, with a fishing community nostalgic about the olden times. Some members of this fishing community, now displaced, still sells fried fish to tourists. Harsh weather, however, has prevented permanent settlements from coming up again in Dhanushkodi.

INTRODUCTION This proposal deals with the issues in the form of an urban cemetery being the centre programme for the design. Process starts from Promession - Freezing the departed and transfiguring into adjuvant ashes. These ashes then are utilised for the plants that are kept near the grave stones. Further, exploring the concept of separation. A cloud based AI procedure to recall the memory Courtyard the Commercial Zone for the bereaved. This stimulation of atthe deceased transfiguration process offers a lot less carbon footprint comparatively. Usage of diagrid steel structure along with the core constitutes the whole structure profile. Where the core will deal with the vertical load and will provide gravity resistance. Whereas, the diagrid braced members will be dealing with the horizontal loads and providing gravity resistance, as well.
