MASSING - factory block fitted in the terrains and opens out into the riverfront.

The horizontal spine that runs across the whole complex is placed adjacent to the lightwell - visitors can see inside from the spine.

A pathway is added towards the front facade - activates the river edge. Horizontal circulation core inside the block is made transparent - becomes the source of light.

The outer wing is staggered to get a terrace overlooking the river - adds on to the humane aspects of design.

The pocket spaces are treated with landscape. A veritical core connects both the horizontal spines through the terrains.
