The Site is located near kalyan-phata and is surrounded by lush green mountains and is in near proximity with Kalyan, Panvel and Navi Mumbai

08 Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better Albert Einsten

The objectives for the landscape design is as follows: • • • • • •

Through the design, there is an attempt to maximize green cover The planning is such that there is an attempt to create an urban forest through dense plantation The planning is done in such a way that it is organic in nature The design merges and resembles the site context which is lush in nature Due to the creation of an urban forest the surrounding temperature is cooler as compared to the adjacent cityscapes. Flowering shrubs with a pleasant smell are planted on the west side thus rendering a peaceful vibe as the breeze flows
