01 HOUSE OF AN ILLUSIONIST PROJECT TYPE : CONCEPTUAL SEM. 2 LOCATION : France YEAR: 2018 TASK : To design a house for an illusionist. The key is to design a house that reflects the persona of the illusionist. CHARACTER SKETCH OF THE ILLUSIONIST Robert-Houdin, a native of Blois and the museum's muse, was the first of the great illusionist entertainers. He, always elegant, witty and charming, widely recognized as the father of modern conjuring. He was the first magician to use electricity in his illusions.

CONCEPTUAL TAKE According to the character of Robert Houdin, the house should resemble the house of an Illusionist who was also a scientist. Designing a house for him requires going back to the past that reflects his personality and quality of doing experiments; hence the design should be a famous display of design technology and power. The concept is derived from the 2 x 2 Rubik's Cube, where each block of the cube is used as an individual space or block that can be move according to the need of the user to maintain privacy and keep his experiments a secret from the guests visiting his house. 1 block is removed from the module for creating a void so that horizontal and vertical movement can easily be done around the central core.

02 THE FARM STAY PROJECT TYPE : RESIDENTIAL SEM. 3 LOCATION : NAGPUR,MAHARASHTRA YEAR: 2019 TASK : To design a facility of bed and breakfast with picturesque view of farms for the guests A farmstay is essentially accommodation available on a working farm. with growing popularity of homestays, farmstays are blossoming across the country. offering its guest unique experiences, its one of the best ways to enjoy nature at its best away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

PROJECT: The Farm Stay Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra Site Area: 410 sqm. Climate: Composite A farm owner’s son has decided to return from his hectic corporate life abroad to India and open up his place as a bed and breakfast for travelers seeking peace of mind, breathe in fresh air or simply enjoy some family time. The first step therefore in form development was to identify the different activities of these varying user groups. Then based on the nature of these activities the most suitable typology was identified for each function. The concept of batter walls has been introduced in the design with a unique feel as compared to an ordinary house. Batter (Walls): No, not cake batter, sadly. In architecture, batter means an inward inclination or slope of a wall or structure. Some architects choose this design to provide structural strength while others choose it for decorative purposes.
Since the site was located around the orange fields in Nagpur, it offers various opportunities in terms of being an important location for the existence of an iconic structure among the farms.

The Business Hotel 23
PROJECT: The Business Hotel Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan Site Area: 2200 sqm. Climate: Composite As Jaipur is one of the largest exporters of Gems & Jewelry all over the world. Lots of travelers come to Jaipur for business deals. As Sitapura RICCO Industrial area is having largest zone of Gems & Jewelry trade and this area is lacking the dedicated staying facility to cater all needs of foreign travelers in terms of standard living, security, exhibition area..etc. his is the Idea behind proposed Business hotel that will caters to a specific category for specific business zone (Gems & Jewelry) which is located in the sitapura RICCO industrial area, Jaipur. This will focus primarily on traveling business peoples related to Gems & Jewelry trade, not providing too much family room, and they also offer large exhibition spaces, meeting rooms for small conference groups.
