LUNCH PROGRAM

Served Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 12:15pm. Home-bound meals available from 12:15pm to 12:30pm with pre-approval. Recommended donation for Senior Citizens age 60 year and older is $2.50. Under 60 years old will be $3.50 per meal.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation services are available to senior citizens 60 and older. This service is available for seniors from their residence to Senior Activity Centers. Participants must be able to get on and off the bus without assistance. Please call 325-734-5300 for more information.

MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

For Medical Transportation - Must be 60+ years of age. Must be able to walk to and from your destination with no assistance. Transportation is offered on a limited basis and is provided within city limits for medical appointments (Examples: physician, dentist, optometrist, lab work). Call (325) 673-4694 to schedule appointments.














Aerobics Class is a low impact cardio vascular aerobics consisting of 15 to 20 different movements set to music. Celebrations is a exercise video designed to work out the entire body in a chair. Move-A-Little is a chair based exercise that focuses on the whole body to get you moving. Strength and Balance class helps individual develop proper balance by increasing leg strength and muscle coordination. Stretch & Flex uses different tools to focus on making daily tasks safer and easier to do. Tai Chi is slow precise movements which helps build strength, aids in stress reduction and helps boost energy. Cardio Drumming is a drumming based cardio workout that uses weighted sticks and stability balls. Cardio Drumming works the upper and lower body and can be done standing or sitting in a chair.
