We accomplish our mission by ... 1. Praying for Hispanic people, their families and new pastors and leaders. 2. Going where Hispanics are living. 3. Building personal relationships with them. 4. Earning the right to be heard. 5. Providing opportunities for leaders and pastors to grow and prepare for ministry through establish local institutes. 6. Sharing our lives and the Good News of Jesus Christ with them. 7. Inviting them to personally respond to this Good News. 8. Loving them regardless of their response. 9. Nurturing new believers so they might grow in their love for Christ and the knowledge of God's Word and become people who can share their faith with others. 10. Helping people develop the skills, assets and attitudes to reach and offer their full God-given potential. 11. Encouraging people to live connected to the Body of Christ by being an active member of a local congregation. 12. Working with a team of like-minded individuals — volunteer leaders, committee members, donors and staff.

Hispanic: Means every Hispanic (or Latino) will be the focus of our love in the name of Jesus. Intentionally we will try to have a word, a smile, a kind Hi! to them because Jesus would do that for them too, Outreach, Means every Hispanic (or Latino) will be the focus of our love and Outreach in a way that permits them to know through us the history of Jesus’ love who die for every one, Leadership, Means every one of us, as a Christian person (Anglo, African-American, Hispanic) will provide Leadership, guiding every Hispanic to Jesus to be transformed as a disciple of Him,
Our Vision Every Hispanic person will have the opportunity to meet Jesus Christ and follow Him.
Action, Means we will be people of Action, sensitive and obedient to His voice, doing anything we need to do to reflect His voice and act as His hands and feet as we spread the Gospel here in Alabama and the world.
Our Mission Introducing Hispanic People to Jesus Christ and The Church of the Nazarene and then helping them to grow in their faith.

Connect, Means we will actively Connect with people. How can we do that?.. Simple! Greeting people around us, in front and beside you in any place you'll be: parks, malls, street, gym, restaurant, church or anywhere your paths meet.
Offering a flyer with information about our church and our future Hispanic Church of the Nazarene, Pray, Means we will be proactive and Pray for our Spanish speaking neighbor, friends, relatives, schoolmates, and for every person to whom God calls us to demonstrate compassion as Jesus did. We are disciples of Jesus and prayer will open doors and opportunities to reach Hispanic people in need Jesus’ love, Raise, Means we will actively Raise funds to pay for Bibles, flyers, books, newspaper ads and radio program time to spread the Gospel and to inform in our community about Hispanic ministries, etc…
