ORGANIZATION EXPERIENCES I am an architect and have worked on various projects, from small residential units to high-density public buildings. I graduated from the School of Architectural Engineering of Parahyangan Catholic University, focusing on urban design and development. My graduation thesis was on housing and environmental issues. Over the years, I have designed and supervised several private houses and public projects under some architect bureaus in Bali and Lombok. Currently, I live in Bandung to develop my architecture firm specialising in private and residential housing while seeking opportunities for my master’s degree.

Villa Boë Located in a remote area of Lombok island, Villa Boë is a house designed for two families combined with three kids from Sweden. The Villas is designed to become a place where the users can collect energy and yet find creativity for what is next to come. The families like to socialize with friends and have sports and meditation close to heart. Therefore, a gathering spot was placed to interconnect with each bedroom inside the villa. Furthermore, all of the rooms and spaces have direct views of the beautiful scenery of Tampah seaside due to the stacked form on the hills area. Villa Boë is depicted as a crown in the top center of Tampah hills surrounded by nature. As a result, natural materials such as stone and wood were proposed to enclosure the building to make a continuous synergy with its surroundings. To bring a sense of place on the hill and keep the house integrated with the ground surface. Each level was stacked, and the overlapping plate was used to put the roof structure to protect the space below. Through this idea, the seashore view is visible to each bedroom on this villa as well. Villa Suki Located near the seashore and surrounded by paddy fields, Villa Suki intends to create a natural and calm ambiance to relax from user daily activities. The users are a family with a newborn baby from England who loves serenity and natural space in Bali. Thus, the ground level of the house is proposed to be a center of gathering activities and applying an in-out concept that connects the living space with the outside area and preserves the garden view opened. Villa Suki is formed by connecting solid void space, letting the user do their activities inside the home while keep interacting with nature at the same time. The center of the main house has a terrarium box design connected to each level and leaves sunlight to come spread into the corridor. Besides the main house, two guest rooms are designed for small rent houses with a personal inner court connected with its living room. Implementing Japanese zen into the house, Villa Suki tries to reach the simplicity but keep aligned with the surroundings’ nature. Project Type Location Architect Role Team Client Status

Umalas Condotel and Resort Located in the residential area in Umalas, The Condotel and Umalas Resort is designed to provide foreign travelers with a place to stay. The location close to Peti tenget beach, which surfers or any water sports athlete often uses, is another advantage point for the resort. The basic design is aimed to create a private and luxurious place for the traveler in Bali island. The unique shape of the building reflects the waveform that can be seen on the roof ’s design. It contains two masses; the middle area is used for a public pool that people can access since entering the resort area. The invention also gave the privilege by providing a penthouse type where the owner could relax while seeing the paddy field and seashore sceneries. SAA AWARDS XXV-Undergraduate Final Project 2015 Selected as a traveling city in Indonesia, Bandung is well known for the creative industry that became an economic generator. The design aims to expose the area as a tourism village that can give a cultural experience through spaces for travelers. Located on the edge of a hill in North Bandung provides a natural landscape and culture surrounded by locals. Briefly, the idea is to set public space that can amplify the local resources to meet global needs using nature as an attractive point to catch travelers to come. This project explores the potential of the sites with paddy fields and sloped parcel land as natural attractions. Inside the building design, try to visualize Bandung with the visual movement of arts and fashion by enhancing the culture that exists and grows in society. The massing of the building tries to adjust with the slope of the land to connect space inside the building with the natural view on the outside. Supporting the area as a Tourism village, the building hopes to attract more travelers to come. At the same time, its presence tries to embrace the local people by empowering their creative senses into economic potency within the residential area. The building structure used a bore piled column as the main structure to create giant pillars to frame the scenery below a mass of the building. The massing form emerges from the Sundanese word “cai,” which means water, an iconic form depicted from the fluidity of water. Project Type : Location : Studio : Mentor : Status : Date :

The Looper - Competition Project “I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it”. Bill Gates A house design proposes bringing circle sequences and visual perception to enhance the productivity of user activities. We chose to merge the house with the existing contour, which creates a proportional skyline on the entrance but leaves the whole body with no boundaries to nature. As a result, the surroundings become a decent visual object in the sequence that we believe can amplify the user’s psychology to become productive inside their personal spaces. Tropicana - Competition Project The design strategy is focused on interference between building massing, environment, and user activities to make them compact and livable. The outer environment design is user-friendly and makes connectivity between inside and outside space. Open Plaza is designed to open and be visible from the roadside, making attraction points and making commercial chances to attract pedestrians. Because this location is located in the intermodal district, which is always busy, this design also has a bus stop. It accesses the underpass that is connected to the modern market. Building massing also has a fluid design plan to create flowing space and also attracting to the pedestrian. Green Belt Design and pedestrian access give people space to communicate with their surroundings. It’s also to remind people about the importance of green space that can make space more livable and healthy. Project Type : Trade-Center, Apartment.
