ORGANIZATION EXPERIENCES I am an architect and have worked on various projects, from small residential units to high-density public buildings. I graduated from the School of Architectural Engineering at Parahyangan Catholic University, focusing on urban design and development. My graduation thesis was on housing and environmental issues. Over the years, I have designed and supervised several private houses and public projects under some architect bureaus in Bali and Lombok. Currently, I live in Bandung to develop my architecture firm specialising in private and residential housing while seeking opportunities for my master’s degree.

Villa Boë Located in a remote area of Lombok island, Villa Boë is a house designed for two families combined with three kids from Sweden. The Villas is designed to become a place where the users can collect energy and yet find creativity for what is next to come. The families like to socialize with friends and have sports and meditation close to heart. Therefore, a gathering spot was placed to interconnect with each bedroom inside the villa. Furthermore, all of the rooms and spaces have direct views of the beautiful scenery of Tampah seaside due to the stacked form on the hills area. Villa Boë is depicted as a crown in the top center of Tampah hills surrounded by nature. As a result, natural materials such as stone and wood were proposed to enclosure the building to make a continuous synergy with its surroundings. To bring a sense of place on the hill and keep the house integrated with the ground surface. Each level was stacked, and the overlapping plate was used to put the roof structure to protect the space below. Through this idea, the seashore view is visible to each bedroom on this villa as well. Roofs were designed to have interval space so heat could not pass through the room directly. The drop ceiling was used with a particular shape to let the user feels the cave looks like atmosphere. There are curve beams as a place to hold the roof structures.

The design uses stacked masses as depicted on the main shape. This arrangement lets each plan get overlapped to each other and create a 180-degree view from each room of the house directly to the ocean. Through the site plan, the design tries to make a unique linear sequence designed to let users have access to semi-public areas before the private bedroom. As a result, communal spaces like the kitchen, pool, and living room are located on the 1st floor as the main activities area of the villa.

Villa Boë
Villa Suki Located near the seashore and surrounded by paddy fields, Villa Suki intends to create a natural and calm ambiance to relax from user daily activities. The users are a family with a newborn baby from England who loves serenity and natural space in Bali. Thus, the ground level of the house is proposed to be a center of gathering activities and applying an in-out concept that connects the living space with the outside area and preserves the garden view opened. Villa Suki is formed by connecting solid void space, letting the user do their activities inside the home while keep interacting with nature at the same time. The center of the main house has a terrarium box design connected to each level and leaves sunlight to come spread into the corridor. Besides the main house, two guest rooms are designed for small rent houses with a personal inner court connected with its living room. Implementing Japanese zen into the house, Villa Suki tries to reach the simplicity but keep aligned with the surroundings’ nature. Project Type Location Architect Role Team Client Status
: Private House : Pererenan, Bali : Alexis Dornier : Architect in Chage periode 2019-2021 - Developing Design - Image Rendering - Coordinating with Client and Contractor - Managing team - Preparing DED and Construction Drawings : Mr. Kadek : Ricky Sharma : on Construction stages
1. West perspective of the house. The render highlight the main box covered by natural stone as the main core of the building. The circle on the wall allows light to brighten the space inside, 2. The living area can be used by the user to enjoy the garden while playing the piano, 3Bird-eye perspective of the Suki Villa, 4The east perspective of the house. Another box is added as a services area that needs an enclosure. Meanwhile, other space on the ground area of the main house is left open, 5. The bird-eye perspective of the Suki Villa, 6. North perspective of the house. The perspective shows the openness of the ground floor to have an in-out experience and free flow.

Inspired by the Japanese zen garden and emphasizing existing ground elevation, the house idea tries to picture it on the plan of the house. The house uses the stair core as the main structure to put the second level mass on the structure idea. As a result, the dimension of the column on the first level could be smaller than usual. On the first level, the design minimizes the use of solid walls to create continuity with the surroundings. NO

The suki villa’s concept uses local material that goes well with nature. Stone and wood are pretty dominant in this house. The 1st floor of the main building was used to place all the bedrooms to have private space from activities on the ground level.

Umalas Condotel and Resort Located in the residential area in Umalas, The Condotel and Umalas Resort is designed to provide foreign travelers with a place to stay. The location close to Peti tenget beach, which surfers or any water sports athlete often uses, is another advantage point for the resort. The basic design is aimed to create a private and luxurious place for the traveler in Bali island. The unique shape of the building reflects the waveform that can be seen on the roof ’s design. It contains two masses; the middle area is used for a public pool that people can access since entering the resort area. The invention also gave the privilege by providing a penthouse type where the owner could relax while seeing the paddy field and seashore sceneries. The idea of the hotel is quite challanging since we have to accomodate the required numbers of rooms by the client within the organic shape. As a result, there are 11 type of rooms were created during the conceptual phase.

This house is located in the suburban area and is one of our first pro-bono projects built-in 2018 when I first came back from Japan. This house has a kitchen, toilet and one bedroom for the user. We use local materials found near the site, such as bricks local wood as window and door frames, and thanks to the landowner that allows us to use a small portion of their lands to build this house.

This project started in the mid-year of 2020. The client is a police officer who owns the land and wants to build a house. In progress, we offered a community living House that we found out the site is very potential since it located close to the offices’ area. The concept of a co-living area also lived since the client determined the House just for rest house if he goes to Semarang to visit. ROOM INTERIOR JAPANDI Project Type Location Status Role Team Year

SAA AWARDS XXV-Undergraduate Final Project 2015 Selected as a traveling city in Indonesia, Bandung is well known for the creative industry that became an economic generator. The design aims to expose the area as a tourism village that can give a cultural experience through spaces for travelers. Located on the edge of a hill in North Bandung provides a natural landscape and culture surrounded by locals. Briefly, the idea is to set public space that can amplify the local resources to meet global needs using nature as an attractive point to catch travelers to come. This project explores the potential of the sites with paddy fields and sloped parcel land as natural attractions. Inside the building design, try to visualize Bandung with the visual movement of arts and fashion by enhancing the culture that exists and grows in society. The massing of the building tries to adjust with the slope of the land to connect space inside the building with the natural view on the outside. Supporting the area as a Tourism village, the building hopes to attract more travelers to come. At the same time, its presence tries to embrace the local people by empowering their creative senses into economic potency within the residential area. The building structure used a bore piled column as the main structure to create giant pillars to frame the scenery below a mass of the building. The massing form emerges from the Sundanese word “cai,” which means water, an iconic form depicted from the fluidity of water. Project Type Location Studio Mentor Status Date

The collective memory of Nieuwpoort (New Gate) or known as Pintu Besar, is so imprinted that the name is still immortalized as the name of the main road leading to the Old Town area even though the gate has long been lost along with the collapse of the Kasteel wall that surrounded the old city of Batavia. The presence of the MRT line in the Kota Tua area has the potential to restore Nieuwpoort's welcoming space with a new face in the form of an iconic station by highlighting its rich history, values, and culture. Through this Nieuwpoort Vibrant+, the Old City of Jakarta can become a sustainable world heritage city.
Suara Festival 2021 - Competition Project This Project intends to provoke the idea of using sustainable materials in our living space, representing it as installation Bamboo Stream was designed as a tunnel that attracts people attention by using the sound of bamboo that knuckled to each other. The installation also uses a motion system using both user movements and wind that can produce sound and intend to make the different experience between outside and inside the room. Located close to the beach in Pecatu Bali, this installation also enhanced the beauty of nature.

The Looper - Competition Project “I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it”. Bill Gates A house design proposes bringing circle sequences and visual perception to enhance the productivity of user activities. We chose to merge the house with the existing contour, which creates a proportional skyline on the entrance but leaves the whole body with no boundaries to nature. As a result, the surroundings become a decent visual object in the sequence that we believe can amplify the user’s psychology to become productive inside their personal spaces. Tropicana - Competition Project The design strategy is focused on interference between building massing, environment, and user activities to make them compact and livable. The outer environment design is user-friendly and makes connectivity between inside and outside space. Open Plaza is designed to open and be visible from the roadside, making attraction points and making commercial chances to attract pedestrians. Because this location is located in the intermodal district, which is always busy, this design also has a bus stop. It accesses the underpass that is connected to the modern market. Building massing also has a fluid design plan to create flowing space and also attracting to the pedestrian. Green Belt Design and pedestrian access give people space to communicate with their surroundings. It’s also to remind people about the importance of green space that can make space more livable and healthy. Project Type : Trade-Center, Apartment.
