The Neelankarai Luxury Residence, nestled in the prestigious ECR region of Chennai, embodies the epitome of high-end living. A masterpiece of design and craftsmanship, this project marked a significant milestone for our firm, involving a comprehensive transformation of both interior and exterior spaces. Completed within a 10-month time frame the project not only redefined luxury but also opened doors to new opportunities, generating substantial interest and leads.
Responsibilities
• Roles and Position: Served as a Junior Architect and 3D Visualizer specializing in both interior and exterior design, with a focus on crafting detailed working drawings for custom furniture and joinery.
• Team Collaboration: Actively collaborated with the execution team to select exquisite wall artwork, Co-ordinate with lighting fixture vendors and make material choices for custom-made furnishings, all of which enhanced the project’s visual appeal and functionality.
• Quality Control: Took charge of rigorous quality control by conducting site inspections before project completion. Meticulously identified snags, prepared comprehensive snag lists, and ensured swift rectification to ensure a flawless final result.
• Innovation and Contributions: Introduced 360 VR views for immersive interior space presentations, providing clients with an interactive visualization that improved their understanding and engagement with the project. This innovation added a unique dimension to the project’s success.

This prestigious project in T-nagar, Chennai, represents a high-end Cinema Production and Direction Office, tailored to the unique needs of the film industry. The space includes luxurious individual office cabins, a well-appointed manager’s cabin, an efficient admin cabin, a conference hall, and a spacious and welcoming waiting lobby. With a focus on functionality and aesthetics, this office sets a new standard for the entertainment industry’s workspace.
Responsibilities
• Roles and Position: Handled the responsibilities of a Junior Architect and 3D Visualizer throughout the project, overseeing it from start to finish, producing detailed drawings and Creation of Mood boards.
• Team Collaboration: Played a pivotal role in collaborating seamlessly with the furnishing team. This collaboration involved not only contributing to custom designs for wallpapers, curtains, blinds, furniture, and lighting fixtures but also actively participating in material and paint selections.
• By working closely with the furnishing team, we ensured that all interior elements harmonized cohesively, creating a visually stunning and functional environment that met the project’s design intent.
• Quality Control: Conducted site inspections to identify and document snags, ensuring their prompt resolution.
• Project Management: Managed creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for precise cost calculations.

This Islamic Youth guidance Center embodies a blend of modern architecture and religious sanctity. Envisioned to be a hub of spirituality and education, it will house a Masjid, offices, classrooms, a recording studio, a library, a spacious hall, and guest rooms. Alhidayah, meaning "Guidance" in Arabic, is more than just a shop; it's a Muslim's lifestyle destination. Design Intent
To have a campus designed as an urban square and a which is mostly pedestrianized has a lot of open space and designed using the 7 principles of Islamic architecture.

This contemporary masjid is located in the public zone of the site, making it easily accessible from the main road. This masjid has a plot coverage of 1060 sq.m and a total built up area of 2760 sq.m
This mosque has a capacity to hold 2000 male worshipers and 250 female worshipers. It has madrasas for both males and females.
Minaret 24m high, with double enclosure, inner with AAC Blocks and the outer perforated skin with GFRC Jaliwork. The upper portion has an inlet through which the wind passes, Thereby acting as a wind Tower.

The hostel block is zoned nearby the masjid and institution for easy access. It comprises of Single rooms, Twin sharing rooms and Dormitories with 6 people sharing. There is a space dedicated for dining in the ground floor.

The institution block is zoned nearby the masjid and hostels, providing ease of access. The institution offers both islamic and secular courses, catering to the public needs. In addition to that, this also provides coaching for competitive examinations.

Retal Mosque Design Competition
The Retal International Competition for Mosques launched to design mosques as per Retal’s community and specialized Vision as its effort to build unique Mosques in the company projects located in Eastern Province specially Nesaj Town 2 in Dammam, KSA. The mosques are to be designed at two different sites (local) Mosque which will have capacity of 540 people to hold regular daily prayers. The site selected is 'Site 2'

Project Shea is a joint initiative by Ecolabs center of Innovation for Energy at NTU and Mistletoe Inc. to bring about a change in the design of future cities with the concept of sharing to sustain.
The intent is to design a prototype of a dwelling with the potential to expand into a modular community with sustainable materials. Design Project Report to be shared on request.
Design Constraints
1. Maximum of 20 sqm. Floor area per person with private space and additional shared space.
2. Should be able to accommodate upto 5 people.
3. Maximum of 3kWh per person per day for domestic use.
4. 70 liters per day per person.
5. All energy to be sourced from renewable resources.
