I am a Mexican Designer borned and raised in Chihuahua, México since 1990.

I got my Industrial Design bachelor degree in 2013 at ITESM (Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) in Chihuahua City. There I speciallized in Product and Interior design. In 2012 I got an internship at Gino Finizio’s Design Management Studio in Milano, where I spent 3 months learning the Italian Design Method along with many Italian and International Designers and Architects. I am a very passionated person with a lot of willingness to learn and work hard for my proffession, in order to contribute on strenghtening Design culture in my community and my country.

Cofee Table. Maple and Walnut wooden pieces intersecting themselves. With an assymetrical Tempered Glass top.
Formed by uniquely defined curves and patterns obtained by the deconstruction of fragments and sections from the mission’s building.
Designed with a deconstructive design method with consultance from Miguel Sifuentes and Luis Carballeda form Alter Design. Inspired in Sta. Ana de Chinarras mission in Aldama Chihuahua.

BULB Lamp Family. Pendant, Floor and Desk Lamps, made of a flexible metallic structure and a tinted glass shade. Minimal design inspired in morning dawn drops. Designed in Milano, Italy. With consultance from Designers Roberto Paoli and Alessandro Gorla.

Composte Bench / Box. Garden Worm Composte for fertilizer production from Red-Worm’s humus. Garden Furniture functionality. Clean, safe, and easy to use. With built-in features for fertilizer production and collection. Environment friendly. Materials: Polyurethane coated wood Metal Sheet Metalic Mesh Cushion Easy access to composte thanks to its pull-out drawer. The fertilizer can be collected by opening the bottom compartment with humus containers.

COMERCIAL VENUE PROPOSAL: CAFÉ
ILLY CAFÉ Chihuahua City. Two Floor Design: On the first floor is located the counter, warehouse and kitchen, restrooms and furniture for 16 people inside and four in the outdoor terrace.
ILLY CAFÉ Chihuahua City. Proposal design for introducing the new “Coffee Culture” from the italian cofee company. A design that evokes the Italian Urban Lifestyle. A fusion between art and industry, for Chihuahua’s new modernity. With a minimalistic and monochromatic style as canvas, Illy’s escence stands out. Color Palette:

On the second floor a mezzanine is suggested with space for up to 19 people, this space has furniture tought for a more relaxed and confortable space. With the brand’s characteristic red color, the design is accented in its furniture, accesories and details. Interior Details: The counter is designed with an Industrial Style focused on function and product display. Wall art from Bruno Munari’s book “Speak Italian”. BEDROOM DESIGN 10 year-old girl. Contemporary style focused on function, simple and geometric lines prevail. Custom design furniture in red cherry and white semi-matte wood. Accent wallpaper matching bedding and accesories Color Palette:
BEDROOM DESIGN 6 years later. The furniture and style remain, but by changing the wallpaper, bedding and accesories, the room gets a more appropiate look for a teenage girl. This way the client’s age transition doesn’t come expensive.

Light fixtures underneath the top cabinets and a center main light give the right amount of illumination for work safety complimenting the natural light from a large center window. Ergonomic cabinet and appliance arrengement for low-risk reaching effort. Ceramic tiling on walls and floors, along with polyurethane finishing on the cabinets, meant for easy maintenance.
