KLAS ALERT SERVICE & SUPPORT TOP NOTCH FOR POWERCHART ONCOLOGY Recently, KLAS issued a positive alert around PowerChart Oncology service and support . KLAS is an independent organization that performs research on HIT vendors, and surveys healthcare providers regarding their satisfaction with software, consulting services, medical equipment, and infrastructure. Their findings are published via both survey data/rankings and specialty reports. Each month KLAS scans more than 25,000 surveys collected annually and alerts the market to significant findings. These alerts are based on specified parameters as outlined in the alert criteria section. “Providers provide strong customerservice alignment for Cerner PowerChart Oncology, rating it an 8.1 out of 9 for proactive service and 8.0 for phone and web support. One provider said “Nobody is perfect, but when it comes
Cerner’s support team, they are willing to listen to us. When we call other vendors, we get to voicemail, and who knows when they will get back to us. But when we call Cerner, we get direct phone numbers and answers. Support is much more personal with Cerner. POWERCHART ONCOLOGY ILLUMINATION SESSION Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Oncology Illumination session. For those of you who missed it, but are still interested in viewing it, please see the link listed below. During this Illumination Session, Sales leader, Megan Read and Strategist, Scott Voigt gave an overview of Cerner’s medical oncology solution, PowerChart Oncology™. This solution
was specifically designed to address the complexities of cancer care by supporting the workflow of oncology clinicians. The session provided an overview of the medical oncology solution and demonstration of how it can help to standardize workflows among all oncology care-givers, eliminate redundancy, and reduce waste. It also included future up-and-coming additions to the solution.
