Reporting Portal The Women's Health development team has been ac vely working on revamping our five standard opera onal reports: Open Pregnancies by EGA‐EDD, OB Ac vity Log, Delivery Summary, Fetal Well‐Being, and Extractable Birth Log Book. Our team has joined forces with many other solu on teams to create a centralized repor ng portal for all opera onal reports.

2014.

The Women's Health development team is currently working to enhance all of our opera onal reports by improving performance and adding new content to our reports. In order to reduce load/wait me, we’ve moved our reports to the PowerInsight Ex‐ plorer pla orm using SAP BusinessObjects and have created an enhanced repor ng data model.

In addi on to improving performance, this new pla orm will allow clients the flexibil‐ ity to customize their own reports using our standard reports as a template. Our five standard reports will be in phased into the Cerner Repor ng Portal. The first phase will include the Extractable Birth Log Book and Delivery Summary, tenta vely scheduled for release at the end of Q1 2015. As we get closer to the release date, we will schedule an Illumina on‐type event.

Workflow Assessments Since June 2012, the Women’s Health Solu on Results Managers have completed 34 workflow assessments in an effort to con nue to engage our clients, iden fy opportu‐ ni es for improvement and build client sa sfac on within our exis ng client base. Over the course of three days at the client site, end users, IT staff and leadership are interviewed and shadowed as a way to iden fy possible gaps in workflow against the Cerner recommended workflow around PowerChart Maternity and FetaLink. Findings are reviewed and owners of iden fied issues are assigned. In doing these assessments, we are seeing that addi onal educa on on the system and small fixes are all that is needed to help the clinicians op mize their workflow. A follow up call is arranged in order to verify that the issues are being worked toward resolu on. The Women’s Health team has received nothing but posi ve feedback to date. Clients feel there is a true partnership and that we help to mi gate any current issues they are facing. Addi onally, we want to obtain client feedback on ways in which we could strengthen our solu ons. There is no charge for the consul ng service hours for this assessment; we only ask that the client covers travel and expenses. For more informa on please contact Kaisha Weldy, Sarah Norris, or Rhianna Cisneros.
