The system increases security and reduces mistakes in attendance system or also in a monthly payments of all staff members. We are using Java technology to design our front end application because Java is a multiplatform language so we can use this application on all open source in IT parks too. We are using MySQL as our backend. To work with Communication ports is not possible in windows now a days because the decision of Sun technology. They have stopped working with the java communication API’s. So it’ll also be a challenge to all of us to finish this project on multiplatform operating systems.
