In the midst of the western hillside of Reserva Alecrim, set in a magnificent pinewood, olive trees, rosemary and the vineyard, this true country house offers a relaxing environment and pure contact with nature – it has no direct neighbours

Sancha House has a contemporary and rural interior and the capacity for up to 6 guests, with a double bedroom with a queen size double bed and en-suite bathroom with rain shower, a beautiful mezzanine with a queen size double bed, a room with 2 bunk beds and a separate bathroom, also with rain shower

The modern kitchen has a cooking island and is fully equipped with oven, microwave and glassceramic cooking range, Delta coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils are supplied

The spacious living room has a fireplace and several leisure areas for relaxing or having splendid family time

On the large terrace you will find sun loungers and a spacious eating area with barbeque

A nice private swimming pool delights everyone and, of course, there is access to all lakes, pools and the Pizza Bar of Reserva Alecrim as well
