HUNGARIAN SERVICE AND OUTSOURCING ASSOCIATION

HOA is the first non-profit industry association with a more than 100-member strong association driving the Hungarian Outsourcing Industry to accomplish the Governments “Invented in Hungary” policy. Over the past 15 years, it has successfully contributed to the industry with publications, strategic academia partnerships, industry networking opportunities, and by sharing best practices.

NEW STRATEGIC FOCUS

In 2020, HOA has redefined its strategy and laid a road map for industry 4.0 growth with the newly elected President and its Board Members. It continues to lead from the front of the Digital Transformation journey by adopting automation for driving innovation and future talent creation.

VISION:

HOA is the first and #1 official organisation supporting & lobbying for the interests & development of the Global Business Services & Outsourcing sector in Hungary.

OUR MISSION:

As an association, we strengthen and expand the Business Services & Outsourcing capabilities of Hungary. Together, we build a community to develop the Hungarian BSS sector by enhancing competitiveness in the region.

It is also our intent to promote the economic development of the country through the delivery of the abovementioned activities. Our common organising principle is to participate in the service activities provided to the stakeholders of the national economy and public sector. We act in the interests of the Business Services and Outsourcing Sector and our Members.
