Introduction to Supply Chain Management

In this course, we will explore the four links in the Supply Chain – Source, Make, Deliver, Return – and the data and processes that support successful execution of these links. The emphasis will be on planning materials and other resources required to deliver products and services to your customer along with understanding the importance of accurate Bills of Material and Inventory Control. We will also demystify the alphabet soup of acronyms found in any discussion of Supply Chain topics!Engaging hands-on exercises will be utilized to reinforce the concepts presented in each session.Ample time will be allotted to allow the student to capture ideas and thoughts on each topic as it applies to their current business situation.
