AutoCad1 Design/Drafting

This course will provide a strong foundation for learning AutoCAD. Learn the basic steps of AutoCAD which includes building formats for drawings, basic shapes and developing detailed drawings. Additional topics include layout of floor plans, the importance of layers, how to use blocks library, learn more detailed shapes and get introduced to isometric drawing. Class is held on campus in our CAD lab. Students do not need to purchase software.

Microsoft Office Professional: Associate Level (with optional certification)

Possessing basic computer skills are valuable and necessary in today's technology driven environment. If you are looking for a professional or personal advancement, this course will help you in mastering skills in word processing, presentations, and working with data. Following the course, students have the option of taking the Microsoft certification exam in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, but they are not required. After completing and passing the exam certifications, the students will earn Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate: Associate Office 365/2019. Students are required having basic computer skills. The class tuition does not include certification fees. No classes during the Thanksgiving Week.

This intermediate class is designed for individuals who already have a ZOOM account and experience joining virtual meetings. This class will cover hosting meetings, managing meeting security, participants, and chat. Learn more about ZOOM advanced features to include breakout rooms, polling, registration, reports, remote control feature, co-hosts, and streaming a meeting or webinar on Facebook or YouTube live.
