Q: How do you charge for your services? A: The cost for services is determined by the level of involvement and transparency of involvement. Once we have had our initial, complimentary consultation, we will provide a proposal for you to review and approve. The proposal will have our fee, if any, for your chosen services.

Q: When we hold events, we sometimes receive perks or benefits for volume. Will we lose those benefits/perks if we use your services?
A: Your benefits/perks remain that of your company and not Abundant Journeys. If your program earns benefits and/or perks for your company, then said benefits and/or perks remain yours to use. This includes, but not limited to miles, free hotel nights, upgrades, points, rewards, etc.
Q: For what size incentives and retreats does Abundant Journeys offer its services? A: Speaking specifically of groups, we offer our services to any group with a minimum of 10 rooms. We handle small fitness retreats from 10 rooms to seminars at sea hosting thousands of attendees. Our goal is to assist you whether you have an annual executive meeting or companywide incentive trip. * Often, incentives are given to just one winner. We are capable of handling non-group functions as well on your behalf.
Q: I know of a company that could use your services. What is your referral process?
A: We are so happy you asked this question. If you would like to refer anyone to use whether it is for private or corporate individual or group needs, please have them call, email or submit an online request. Make sure they list YOU as the referral. For best service, you can call or email to make the initial introduction yourself. Rob, Office Manager Rob manages the office for several busy plastic surgeons and medi-spa office. Rob along with the other front office staff hold monthly themed functions to gain new clients Margsuch as “botox and fillers” parties. MaThis year, the doctors wanted to add an incentive to their treasure chest by hosting a 2 “Show Off your Body” trip. Anyone receiving cosmetic work in a given time period were kegiven the opportunity to participate. Rob handled the internal communications and 2 marketing for the incentive trip. Abundant Journeys handled the travel management tunportion of the trip including concierge service while the lucky recipients were traveling to the ebeautiful Cabo for 5-days/4-nights, all expenses paid.
