Please schedule a 2 hour block in order to allow time for a short break between topics and questions You are expected to cover Dr Lazer’s travel costs if your school is located outside of Sydney. This will include any applicable accommodation, airfares and meals. Within Sydney, Dr Lazer may be accompanied to the school by an Academy Travel representative. The earthquake, the eruption and how victims died The victims from Pompeii and Herculaneum, including new research on the casts Site management in Pompeii and Herculaneum over time Changing interpretations: current research and technologies at Pompeii and Herculaneum The ethics of studying and displaying human skeletal remains, with particular regard to the Vesuvian sites Houses and villas: house form and function, decoration, lighting and furniture Pompeian wall paintings and mosaics Bath buildings and the hypocaust system
