Program Manager – Ft Knox, KY- 1037 Company Overview: ICI Services is an 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged and Veteran-Owned Small Business providing engineering, logistics, environmental, range and base operating services to the United States Navy, Army and Department of Homeland Security. Responsibilities: Direct supervision of all functional areas of project to include but not limited to: Maintenance, Supply Support Activity, and Installation Transportation functions. • Responsible for overall performance of all aspects of the project and provides direct client interface. • Provides operational oversight to ensure project is accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. • Ensures compliance through thorough awareness of employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures. • Coordinates all activities involving client, their customers, and other outside organizations and/or company functions. • Applies specialized knowledge and skills to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Implements program enhancements. • Responsible for P/L. • Responsible for the quality of the products and services of the contract. Requirements: • 20 years of experience working in US Army Logistics positions of greater progressive responsibilities. This experience culminating as senior Brigade/Division level officer, DOL, or Senior Logistics Warrant Officer. US Army Garrison, Ft Knox experience preferred. • Must be able to successfully obtain an Active Security Clearance – Secret Level Educational Requirements: • Undergraduate degree • PMP preferred Salary: $85000 - $105000 per year (Please note: salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.)
