Supply Manager – Fort Knox, KY- 1038 Company Overview: ICI Services is an 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged and Veteran-Owned Small Business providing engineering, logistics, environmental, range and base operating services to the United States Navy, Army and Department of Homeland Security. Responsibilities: Supply Manager manages supply and service logistics program, operations and activities. Manages the ASL Warehouse Operations and Distribution, CIF, CIIP, Ammunition Supply Point (ASP), HAZMAT Control Center, Bulk Fuels, RX operations, Container Movement operation. • Responsible for managing receipt, storage, and issuance of supported classes of supplies and services. • Plans requirements for stockage and control based on demand data and processes actions according to Army standards. • Responsible for managing, licensing, and usage of GFE to Army standards. • Develops and implements logistics program activities including Integrated Logistics Support, technical documentation, provisioning, etc. • Coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel • Resolves logistics problems • Compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistics activities. • Develops solutions when faced with unique situations where no precedents exist. • Exercises independent judgment. Work is varied and often complex. • Works under project management direction. • May act as project leader; represents the organization in primary area of specialization. •Focus is on projects, systems or processes. • Comprehensive analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop sound recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of various programs, consistent with contract objectives. Requirements: • Must be able to successfully obtain an Active Security Clearance – Secret Level • 10 years of US Army Supply / Logistic Management as a Logistics Officer/ Warrant, Senior Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) or DOD civilian with DOL leadership and management experience. • US Army Garrison Fort Knox experience preferred. Educational Requirements: • Undergraduate degree • Masters degree preferred Salary: $70000 - $85000 per year (Please note: salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.)
