Maintenance Manager – Ft. Knox, KY -1040 Company Overview: ICI Services is an 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged and Veteran-Owned Small Business providing engineering, logistics, environmental, range and base operating services to the United States Navy, Army and Department of Homeland Security. Responsibilities: Direct responsibilities include Maintenance installation functions. • Manages, and supervises personnel within a Production, Planning, and Control, and Maintenance Services (including organizational level, depot level, and special repair authority). • Responsible for implementing systems policy and functional procedures IAW Army supply regulations. • Inspects supported units to ensure maintenance performance standards are being achieved. • Develops standard operating procedures and performs administrative duties related to maintenance activities. • Coordinates and recommends all department improvements to better utilize assets and personnel where needed. • Monitors and calculates equipment requirements to maintain budget status. Advises and coordinates with the customer on maintenance issues and to monitor their satisfaction. • Initiates procedures to better track all missions and accountability of everything that is being maintained. • Comprehensive analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop sound recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of various programs, consistent with contract objectives. • Work is often complex and varied. • Must be customer and quality oriented to complete the mission. Requirements: • Must be able to successfully obtain an Active Security Clearance – Secret Level • 10 years of US Army Supply / Logistic Management as a Logistics Officer/ Warrant, Senior Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) or DOD civilian with DOL leadership and management experience. • US Army Garrison Fort Knox experience preferred. Educational Requirements: • Undergraduate degree • Masters degree preferred Salary: $70000 - $85000 per year (Please note: salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.)
