Nissan is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for a Regional Associated Business Manager at our Aurora, IL location.

The Regional Associated Business Manager: • • • • •

Represents company vehicle service contract products at dealership and trains dealership personal on the product and selling techniques to improve product penetrations. Develops monthly sales penetration tracking reports and identifies dealerships in need of improvement; provides analysis for correction and develops fiscal business plan for the AGM and DOM to meet revenue goals. Monitors other manufactures and the aftermarket to supply input to national management and retail dealerships to ensure that Nissan is competitive and current on products and service. Trains regional personnel dealership personnel on the latest finance and insurance trends and sales techniques. Develops innovative finance and insurance sales contests and programs to focus dealers on selling vehicle service contracts and certified limited warranties. Assures effective communication of programs to regional and dealership personnel. Upon completion of program, processes payment awards to dealers; does follow-up analysis and re-cap of the program’s effectiveness. Consults with dealership personnel in the promotion of Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) limited warranties and is responsible for all CPO Dealer Agreements for the Regional office. Assists dealers in maintaining proper point-of-purchase materials for CPO vehicles and ensures dealers are utilizing the most current merchandising resources. Monitors dealership CPO inventories through on-site and website inspections. Assists dealers with the CPO inventory listing process, including, dealer enrollments which authorize Nissan to obtain and publish dealers’ CPO inventories on multiple national websites. Consult dealership personnel on the requirement to flag CPO inventories on the dealer’s communication system. Acts as primary regional SME for Nissan Rental Car program, including knowledge transfer to field teams, financing and in-dealership training for rental car operations.

Qualified Regional Associated Business Manager must possess: • • • • •

Regional Experience: Knowledge of Market Representation, Distribution, Marketing, Parts & Service and Sales Ops. Previous dealer contact experience (FOM, DOM, FSM, Audit) a plus. National Experience: Not required, but a plus. Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Previous Experience outside of Nissan: Experience in automotive retail a plus. Technology (PC Skills): Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create and generate reports utilizing various resources, including webbased applications and databases.


Travel: Frequent travel within the region. Need to be open to future relocations.
