Job Description If you are interested in a job in Yuma, AZ here is some information about the area.
Performs a variety of routine and non-routine assignments in support of the Yuma Test Center Range Scheduling Division. Assists with the preparation of the Yuma Test Center Range Schedule using the Range Test Scheduling System (RTSS). Performs duties as the RTSS System Administrator. Tracks test schedules and works with Test Officers, Team Leaders, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs, and Range Control to de-conflict schedules and ensure adequate test support. Assists with the weekly Scheduling Meeting and preparing the final weekly schedule for each test week. Assists with YTC updates to the Range Incident Report System, the YTC DATACOM database, and the YTC Customer Service Database. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills in order to work with all who depend on the range schedule.
Qualifications Pay Rate: $17.97-$22.00 per hour (DOE) Mandatory Qualifications: *Must be a U.S. Citizen. *Must possess a valid driver's license. *Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. *Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance prior to hire and maintain it through employment with TRAX. *Must have an AA degree, military technical schooling, or 2 years related experience. *Must have experience with test documentation and Range Incident Report System. *Must have excellent MS Office computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel. able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical. capable of working in outdoor weather conditions. capable of frequent squatting, crouching, and stooping. capable of kneeling and standing for long periods of time. capable of working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Desired Qualifications: *Highly desirable to have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as accounting or business. *Knowledge of military systems and nomenclature. *Knowledge of YPG range locations and instrumentation systems. *Experience with the DATACOM database and the YTC Customer Service Database. *Experience scheduling YTC restricted airspace. *Experience chairing or conducting the YTC Cibola Scheduling Meeting.
