Job Description * ENTRY LEVEL OUTSIDE SALES If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want the day-to-day freedom of working autonomously, outsidesales may be the opportunity and career for you. CCP specializes in direct sales. To maximize your sales potential, we provide a Samsung Galaxy Droid Pad. This wireless/3G pad allows constant access to your customer base, territory information and email. It has routing software, as well as GPS capability to fully and efficiently assist in the management of your territory. You will also receive application based, industry-specific training. Because of the breadth of our tangible product line and diversity of our customer base, we are well positioned to weather economic uncertainties. Outside Sales Managers call on 18+ customers per day, selling to an unlimited number of end users. The successful candidate must be comfortable making cold calls and be driven by a goal-oriented system. In addition, the candidate must be comfortable working on an uncapped commissioned-based structure. While initial compensation is salaried, Area Managers will gradually transition to a straight commission plan. Transition to commission over 18-30 months

Job Requirements
High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
Computer and Internet experience
Must live within the specified territory
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically and mentally able to work 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday traveling to and from daily in person customer visits.
Must have the capability to constantly transport approximately 20 lbs. of samples in and out of vehicle for use at customer locations or other meetings.
Must be able to travel occasionally to the home office or other meeting destinations as required by the company (occasional long distance travel by car or commercial aircraft may be necessary).
Dexterity:
Ability to make small movements such as typing, picking up small object, or pinching items together.
Average Visual Abilities:
Average, Ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery including vehicles.
Reasoning Skills:
Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions while applying common sense to deal with problems and situations involving variables in customers business needs.
Language Ability:
Ability to write and communicate in complex sentences using good vocabulary.
