Assembler A Liverpool based company is looking for an assembler to join their team. As an assembler for this company, associates will be responsible for assembling hoses by attaching fittings and valves to hose assemblies. Candidates must have experience with measuring tools and testing devices. In order to apply for the position, candidates must have experience in a production or warehouse environment. As a CNC Operator you will be responsible for the loading and unloading of aluminum manifolds from a CNC Milling Center. Other responsibilities include the deburring and inspection of manifolds manufactured on the CNC Milling Center between each machine cycle. The average cycle times between loading and unloading range from 1.5 hours to 4.5 hours. You will also be responsible for checking machine fluid levels and daily cleanup around your work area. All applicants must have 1-2 years' operating experience. HSD or equivalent is required. As a CNC Programmer you will be responsible for programming, set-up and developing standard work practices for CNC milling as well as program editing and troubleshooting. There will be some operation and maintenance involved as well. Candidates must be comfortable with providing training and technical instructions to employees. All applicants must have 3-5 years' experience directly related to CNC machining and providing programming on horizontal milling centers. You will also need to inspect and test machinery and repair as needed. Some assembly and installation of new machinery will be required. Previous 2 years' experience in general mechanical repair and machine maintenance is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed. Candidates must have experience in welding, AC/DC electrical repair/troubleshooting, and basic hydraulic and mechanical skills. As a quality control tech you must be proficient with all quality control tools, micrometers and depth gauges. CMM experience is a MUST!
