The Washington Post, one of the world’s most respected and well known newspapers, has two immediate openings at our Springfield Virginia Production Facility. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION Primary responsibilities include: Supervising a team of technicians in day to day maintenance operations, providing mechanical and/or electrical expertise, developing the skills and abilities of the technicians, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring equipment uptime.

The chosen candidate will have knowledge and experience related to either production or maintenance in a manufacturing facility, or military leadership experience related to equipment maintenance. INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN Primary responsibilities include: trouble shooting manufacturing equipment, applying fixes involving electrical components and electronics, working with the customer to ensure equipment uptime, using schematics to help trace and diagnose issues, creating enhancements, and performing preventive maintenance.

Electricians with experience in a manufacturing environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with PLC’s is a plus.
