Specific Responsibilities: Under the immediate direction of Project or Construction Manager, in support of a Wireless Network Deployment, responsible for coordinating construction scheduling and communication and acts as a liaison to project management concerning subcontracting, progress and delays. Is directly responsible for all aspects of construction on each site related to a group of sites within a specific geographic region. Responsible for all actions of General Contractors performing services on site, including Safety, Construction, Testing and Quality. Knowledge of Wireless processes and deployment of Microwave, Fiber, UMTS, 3G, LTE, Wimax and other platforms is ideal but candidates with Military experience with the installation and testing of Fiber, Microwave and RF Systems will also be considered. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.        

Supervises the day-to-day workflow of subordinate construction workers. Coordinates construction scheduling and communication and acts as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays Assigns employees tasks to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality. May direct staff through subordinate "lead" employees. May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders. Performs advanced construction tasks as needed. Reviews and compiles operations records, such as inspection reports and tool, equipment and supply usage, and safety reports. Participates in special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:  Associate's Degree in a related discipline  Bachelor's Degree preferred.  5-8 years of related experience.  Military RF, point to point microwave, Fiber Optic or general Telecommunication installation and testing experience  Experience managing teams or subcontractors  Comfortable working to deadline in fast paced environment


Training will be provided on Wireless Construction best practices, system components, safety & quality and tracking and reporting. If the activities/responsibilities of this position require the incumbent to use a personal, rented, leased, or a company owned vehicle to drive, the candidate's driving record will be reviewed and will be used in assessing suitability for placement. Such activities/responsibilities include: Driving to, from, and/or between work sites or WS business locations; driving to/from customer/vendor meetings; driving to transport or retrieve documents to/from customer/vendors or any place of business; or, driving in conducting office errands where running errands is a part of the customary activities/responsibilities of the position.
