To learn more about the company and its complete service offering, please visit www.stream.com Position Overview: Under the general direction of the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist is responsible for the daily management of general policies, procedures and programs covering compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations issues. The Generalist will also provide recommendations in the development of employee policies, procedures and practices. The person in this position will act as a business partner for Operations Managers to provide advice and effectively execute processes to achieve business goals. In addition, the Generalist will assist with recruiting, build advertising plans, communicate with outside vendors, and assist in managing site budget. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree is Human Resources or related field with 3 years of related experience in Human Resources - Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience - Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs - Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices - Knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and HRIS systems - Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment - Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes – Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse groups of people and be viewed as a credible business partner - Ability to maintain confidential information.
