Utilities Privatization Program Manager Tyndall AFB, Florida

This Program is responsible for energy investment program management, Utilities Privatization (UP) program management, energy conservation programs, utility contract optimization and renewable program management
Responsibilities • • • • • • •
Tracking of system evaluations from feasibility analysis to award decision, project validation, and post award management support. Provide direct financial analysis and evaluation support in accordance with OSD guidance for all proposals submitted by bidders on privatization contracts. Use source selection software to evaluate proposals as directed by the contracting agent. Assemble AFCESA review comments on all technical reviews and facilitate teleconference calls and monthly meetings. Attend meetings, record minutes, prepare and conduct presentations, and coordinate workshops related to Utilities Privatization Track and report to the AFCESA UP Program Manager the status of evaluations and program execution, monthly. Provide support for planning, programming and budgeting, prepare for briefings, conferences and training events.
Requirements •
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, production management, finance, computer science, biology, or a related degree • 3 years direct utilities privatization experience is required • Knowledge of analytical techniques • Experience in gathering data to solve complex technical problems (e.g., requirement definition, operations research, modeling) • Team leader responsibilities. • Have effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in developing and presenting professional engineering communications and presentations. • Be very proficient in the use of MS Office software.
