Provide maintenance assistance to all Kraft Foods NA-Suffolk production departments. Maintain the plant assets by using the latest preventative and predictive maintenance techniques. Manage the use of computerized maintenance management systems to maximize maintenance efforts and spare parts availability. Manage the use and recording of spare parts in all departments. Take personal responsibility for and participate in the QCDSM and high performance culture process. Assist plant with developing and implementing cost improvement and process improvement ideas. Manage the scheduling and completion of plant work orders on a timely basis. Responsible for KEMS Tanks Element.

1. Administers the Plant Preventive Maintenance Program.

2. Provides support to Area and Business Engineering and Research personnel on plant-related projects.

3. Develops and provides training for Plant Maintenance employees including safety training. Provides technical leadership and guidance for Plant Maintenance employees.

4. Oversees operation of the Storeroom and provides direction for Storeroom activities.

5. Participate in the continued growth of the QCDSM process, including process improvements and effectiveness of DPS's. Participate in various teams including KSRMP team and Productivity team.

6. Develops the work schedule for the Maintenance employees.

7. Maintain an ongoing knowledge of plant equipment such that failures are minimized.

8. Provides technical support to resolve ongoing equipment problems and to quickly and effectively address equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.

9. Demonstrate compliance to all federal, state, and corporate regulatory agencies through positive actions regarding housekeeping, plan sanitation, GMP compliance to Kraft rules/regulations.

10. Responsible for proper implementation of the accident prevention and compliance programs. Train and ensure hourly employees are in compliance with safety and environmental policies.

11. Assists in identifying and executing plant productivity projects.

12. Responsible for implementation and ongoing management of all KEMS work instructions, procedures, forms and employee training associated with the KEMS Tanks Element. This includes Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) management, inspections, and monitoring programs. Organizational Relationships: (Identify nature and frequency of both internal and external contacts made by this position.) 1. Reports to Engineering Manager daily. 2.
