Essential Functions  Manage COC relationship with Marine Corps customer including all business and technical aspects of the project.  Serve as primary point of contact for all project matters and has the authority and accountability for successful project execution and completion.  Provide the key first level of leadership, management and guidance necessary to effectively grow and strengthen Trident as a company.  Responsible for all aspects of production, delivery and support of Trident COC products  Responsible for budget and schedule performance of COC efforts Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  Bachelor Degree in related technical field  10 or more years of experience as a Project Manager  Experience in dealing with senior managers in customer organizations  Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization  Experience managing and working with teams  Knowledgeable with government contracts  Familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) Come join the team which appreciates originality, creativity, and innovation!
