Light Armored Vehicle Test Manager Power Ten, Inc. is a veteran owned small disadvantaged business that provides products and services for the aerospace and defense industries. We provide an array of engineering, technical support services, resource planning and management services for these specific industries. Our goal is to provide our clients with actionable solutions to their engineering, technical and management challenges. Currently, Power Ten, Inc. has an opening for a Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) Test Manager in our Quantico, VA location supporting the Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA). The test manager will provide engineering, analytical and logistics support to the LAV program. Travel may be required for periods up to six (6) weeks. Duties and Responsibilities: •
Support the MCOTEA Ground Test Division in all facets of OT&E to include strategic planning, coordinating support, budget and programmatic tasks
•
Ensure quality and content of technical and programmatic products
•
Coordinate use of resources to accomplish objectives
•
Write test plans and test documentation to include Detailed Test Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Failure Definition / Scoring Criteria Charters, Capabilities and Limitations Assessment Plans, etc.
•
Prepare Test Concepts and associated elements o CDD / CPD Clarification Letter o Verification Matrix o Requirements Traceability Report o Survey Forms / Questionnaires
•
Detailed review of test documentation before, during and after developmental or operational test o Capability Documents o Developmental Test Plans o User Evaluation Plans
•
Develop and write Risk Assessments
•
Travel to observe developmental test or user evaluation events o Prepare observation plans for attendance at DT events o Write After Action Reports
•
Draft MCOTEA AAP / ACAT IV(M) Endorsement Letters
•
Create project reports to include Program Review presentations, Test Reports, Capabilities and Limitations Assessment Reports, etc
Requirements: •
Bachelor’s degree
•
Working knowledge of applicable DoD, USN and USMC acquisition policies
•
Experience in operational or developmental test and evaluation
•
Excellent communication skills with emphasis on writing ability
•
Experience or familiarity with LAV operations
•
Experience in USMC infantry operations
•
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on MS Access
•
Ability to create documentation in standardized formats
•
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
•
US citizenship required.
