SEI/AARON’S STORE LEVEL POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

We have opportunities in the following states: CT, MA, RI, VT, KY, IN, ME, NH and NY. General Managers General Managers are responsible for the direct management of the store. Asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, personnel development and inventory control are key result areas of this position. District Managers District Managers should have at least five years retail experience and preferably multi-unit management experience. A proven record of success in asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, personnel development and inventory control is necessary. Ability to relocate is a plus. Sales Managers Sales Managers are responsible for the sales and marketing function in the store. Major emphasis is on telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, customer service, and store merchandising. Customer Account Managers Customer Accounts Managers are responsible for managing the customer accounts department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Responsible for achieving company standards. Customer Account Advisors Customer Account Advisors are responsible for assisting the customer accounts department in lease agreement renewal. This position reports directly to the Customer Accounts Manager. Primary responsibilities are acquisition and maintenance of customers and immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their agreements. Responsible for achieving company standards. Customer Service Representatives Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining administrative organization, customer files, and processing of customer transactions. Major emphasis is on in-store sales, telephone sales, direct marketing, new customers growth and renewal payment processing in the store. Product Technicians/Drivers Product Technicians primary responsibilities include merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, trouble-shooting and demonstrating. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS MANAGER (CAM)

Basic Function Manages the Customer Accounts Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Collect revenue due to the store on a monthly basis and prevent losses. Primary Responsibilities • Contacting by phone (and field visits) all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s) • Discuss with and advise customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments • Update customer information in the store computer • Encouraging and maintaining a relationship of open and honest communication between the customer and the store • Recommend to the General Manager when a customer’s account should be extended or “rebuilt” in order to get customers through temporary setbacks they may be experiencing to get them to ownership with their merchandise • Handle various tasks of the General Manager when GM is unavailable • Achieve challenging goals set for the Accounts department • Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system • Maintain updated accurate customer information • First up to help set and achieve renewal goals • Facilitate non renewal returns authorized by GM • Review and close lease agreements with customers when General Manager is unavailable • Other tasks as assigned by management

Position Requires • Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds • Strong telephone etiquette • Good organizational skills • Strong work ethic • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented attitude • Management experience preferred • High level of energy • Effective organizational skills • Must be 21 or over to operate company vehicle Pre-employment Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing.


SALES MANAGER (SM) Basic Function Responsible for growing the business by acquiring new customers while maintaining existing ones. Primary Responsibilities • Help customers get the merchandise they need and want • Assist customers on the showroom floor • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals • Merchandise the store’s showroom. This includes cleaning, organizing, and pricing as directed by management • Assist customers by handling all merchandise service issues that may arise during their lease • Other tasks as assigned by management Position Requires • Strong sales skills-showroom and telephone • Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact • Good communication skills (Spanish Bi-lingual a plus!) • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent telephone etiquette • Must be energetic with a desire to work in a fast paced retail environment • Must be able to routinely life 25-55 ponds without assistance Pre-employment Successful reference check and verification, drug screen, criminal background investigation and required testing


CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS ADVISOR (CAA) Basic Function Assisting the Customer Accounts Department in renewing lease agreements Primary Responsibilities • Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s) by phone and field visiting • Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system • Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by GM • Safely operates company vehicle • Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle • Maintain updated customer information • Other tasks as assigned by management Position Requires • Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills • Strong telephone etiquette • Good organizational skills • Neatly groomed appearance • Good driving skills Pre-employment Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation, job performance reference check and required testing


CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) Basic Function Responsible for maintaining administrative organization, customer files and processing customer transactions. Major emphasis on in store and telephone sales. Primary Responsibilities • Process customer payments • Process Order Forms and references • Input customer information into the store computer for new lease agreements • Update customer information and account status in the store’s computer system • Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to appropriate person • File and maintain customer folders and records • Assist customers on the showroom floor • Direct customer sales and service opportunities immediately to the Sales Manager • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front counter • Assist in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising and pricing as directed by management • Other tasks as assigned by management Position Requires • Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact • Good communication skills (Spanish Bi-­‐lingual a plus!) • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent telephone etiquette • Strong sales skills-­‐showroom and telephone • Must be energetic with a desire to work in a fast paced retail environment • Must be able to routinely life 25-­‐55 ponds without assistance Pre-­‐employment Successful reference check and verification, drug screen, criminal background investigation and required testing


PRODUCT TECHNICIAN (PT) Basic Function This position is responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating Primary Responsibilities • Verify correct product and accessories for delivery or return • Ensure that all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to delivery • Review necessary information sheets • Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle • Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise • Ensure that delivery schedule is followed • Delivery merchandise to customers’ homes and businesses-without causing damage • Assist with merchandise returns-load and service product in vehicle • Perform routine service calls and product exchanges • Clean and certify merchandise for all items personally returned • Maintaining the store’s warehouse in a neat and orderly manner • Safely operate delivery vehicle • Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets • Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are met • Assist in field marketing programs as requested by store management • Delivery prescribed company advertisements/flyers when in field • Other tasks as assigned by management
