Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: •
Education: B.S. or B.A. degree
•
Minimum of twelve (12) years experience in force development related military duties or providing professional force development related management/engineering services, six (6) of which must be direct Headquarters, Dept of Army Staff experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, business, or other field relevant to the support in which the individual is performing.
•
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently when given only general direction.
•
SECRET Clearance (Position at Ft. Bragg will need a TOP SECRET)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •
Execute force development tasks
•
Determine functional and cross functional relationships
•
Work efforts across Army staff with information coordinated with related proponents
•
Provide leadership of technical and programmatic I2 feasibility assessments
•
Responsible for cross-functional coordination and issue resolution at the ARSTAF/Secretariat level
•
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
•
May be expected to assume task lead for related systems
Additional Skills (If you have any of these skills, please annotate in your resume): •
Familiar with the employment of currently fielded systems found in either MP or CBRN units and also with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with either military police operations at platoon or company level, or the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with CBRN detection and/or decontamination units.

Experience with Army Battle Command. Operational experience in Army tactical units that employ Satellite Communications (SATCOM) radios, satellite based navigation aids, or Communications Security Equipment (COMSEC). Familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems employed at all levels from individual Soldier to

Army component command. •
Experience with Army Dominant Maneuver, to include combat maneuver and mobility force structure. Operational experience in either heavy or light Army combined arms formation and be familiar with the capabilities of individual and crew served weapon and targeting systems found in tank, mechanized infantry, light infantry and/or engineer units. Familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with these tactical formations.
•
Experience with Army Air Defense and Space. Operational experience Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems and/or have requirements development, requirements validation, or doctrinal experience for cruise missile and/or ballistic missile defense systems and concept of operations (CONOPS). Familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associate with Army and/or Joint AMD systems.
•
Experience with Army Intelligence and Electronic Warfare. Extensive military intelligence experience, preferably at both the tactical and strategic level. Knowledge of Signals Intelligence (both Communications and Electronic Intelligence) and experience/knowledge in Army, Joint, and National intelligence communications/dissemination systems capabilities is required. Familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army Intelligence units.
•
Experience with Army Logistics, Logistics Automation and Combat Service Support related services. Operational experience in Army logistics units which may include any of the following: transportation, ordnance, or quartermaster units, and be familiar with the types of equipment used in those units. Familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army logistics units.
•
Experience with Army Precision Strike. Operation experience in Army field artillery units (cannon or rocket) and also be familiar with the capabilities and employment of Counterfire radar systems. Familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army combined arms units and have a working knowledge of fire support employment for those units.
•
Experience with Army Aviation. A trained, certified Army aviator (i.e., pilot) with extensive experience in Army aviation units and will also be thoroughly familiar with doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army aviation.
