To learn more about the company and its complete service offering, please visit www.stream.com Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Team Manager is responsible for the daily oneon-one supervision and management of all customer Support Professionals on their assigned team, typically 20 - 25 direct reports. Ensures that the service delivered to our customers meets the needs and contractual obligations of our clients through the management of the operational activity of the team. The Team Manager also implements systems and processes to achieve client-specified metrics while providing development opportunities to our agents. QUALIFICATIONS: Supervisory and demonstrated effective leadership skills required. HS Diploma required, B.A. or equivalent experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred. Proven and demonstrated desire and ability to lead and manage people. Must have the desire and ability to manage processes. Successful candidate will possess structured problem solving techniques, high energy level, desire continuous growth, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
