To buy from Accent Decor, customers are required to provide a valid tax ID upon registration. Before your first order ships, Customer Support will request a copy of your business license and current tax resale certificate or current tax-exempt form.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Credit cards will be processed 1-2 business days prior to shipping. You will only be charged on the merchandise that is available to ship.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We have distribution centers in Norcross, GA and Perris, CA. Orders may ship from either location depending on inventory availability.
CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes, local customers are more than welcome to pick up orders at our Norcross, GA and Perris, CA distribution centers.
DO YOU SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES?
Yes, but please be aware that extra shipping charges will apply for residential deliveries that ship on a pallet.
