Business buzz: SunTrust; Kaizen; Advice Solutions <p><b>Small businesses say SunTrust a winner</p><p></b></p><p>SunTrust Bank won 11 Greenwich Excellence Awards for quality service to small business clients in 2013.</p><p>SunTrust won the Greenwich excellence awards for: overall satisfaction; overall satisfaction, treasury management - south; credit policy; relationship manager capability; financial stability; treasury management - overall satisfaction; treasury management - sales specialist performance; branch satisfaction; treasury management - accuracy of operations; treasury management - product capabilities; and treasury management - customer service.</p><p>Greenwich Associates evaluated more than 750 banks for the awards.</p><p>Greenwich Associates surveyed more than 17,000 small businesses with annual revenues of $1 million to $10 million. The businesses were asked to name the banks they used and to rate them in a variety of product and service categories. Banks that received customer ratings that topped those of competitors by a statistically significant margin at a 95 percent confidence level were named Greenwich Excellence Award Winners.</p><p><b>Kaizen certified for preventive care</p><p></b></p><p>EHE International, a leader in preventive medicine and annual physical exams, has named Kaizen Total Wellness, in Lakewood Ranch, an EHE-certified preventive-care center. Through Kaizen Total Wellness, EHE members in the area now have greater access to its preventive- care program.</p><p><b>Advice Solutions moves up list</p><p></b></p><p>Advice Solutions Inc. has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the area's top businesses owned by a woman, ranking No. 32 on a list of 100.
