All the information you need to organise the best Vegas Christmas Party ever! Payment • A deposit of £10 per person must be received within 28 days of making a provisional booking. Please note that from 1st October, a deposit is required at the time of booking. • The full balance is due 8 weeks before your party night, together with your party’s menu choices and any wine pre-order. • Party tickets will be sent once payment has been processed. • We will send you a receipt when you make your payment – please keep for your records • For ticket orders of 10 or less please call our box office 0844 8000 400 or visit www.echoarena.com • For tickets and tables of more than 10 please call the Vegas team on 0151 239 6000 or email vegas@accliverpool.com • We accept cheques made payable to Arena & Convention Centre Liverpool and all major credit / debit cards. • Any alterations to bookings must come from the organiser. • Please ensure that your party are aware of our terms and conditions (printed on the reverse of the booking form), and that any monies paid are non-refundable and that tickets are non-redeemable & non-transferable. • IMPORTANT – All guests must be 18 years or above.
Menus & Wine Pre-Orders • We must receive your party’s menu choices 8 weeks prior to your party night. If you misplace your copy, the menu can be found in the brochure or on our website at www.echoarena.com • We will automatically allocate choice ‘A’ for all three courses if we do not receive your menus in the allocated timescale. • We are unable to offer alternative menu choices other than those provided • We can, however, cater for guests with specific dietary requirements – please contact us to discuss the alternatives available. • Wine can be pre-ordered from the attached list and paid for using the balance payment form. • Please ensure you order can be split evenly between your allocated tables or advise us how you wish the wine to be split. If you are unsure of your table allocation, please contact us and we will be happy to advise. If we do not receive a split, we reserve the right to divide your wine pre-order as best we can between your tables. • Please note that wine pre-orders must be received and paid for no later than 10 days prior to your party night.
Directions and Transport ACC Liverpool, home to Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre, is situated on the Liverpool Waterfront By car: For all car journeys it's best to follow the white on brown tourist route signs for the Albert Dock. These signs are visible on the major routes into the city. ACC Liverpool is directly adjacent to the south side of the Albert Dock.
From the North: Leave the M6 at junction 26 and follow signs for M58 Liverpool. Follow to end of M58 and then take signs for A59 Liverpool. Continue to follow Liverpool City Centre until picking up signs for the Albert Dock. ACC Liverpool’s car park is signposted Waterfront on the city wide 'available spaces' signage.
From the South: Leave the M6 at junction 21A and take the M62 to Liverpool. At the end of the M62 follow signs for Liverpool City Centre along Edge Lane, picking up and following signs for the Albert Dock. ACC Liverpool’s car park is signposted Waterfront on the city wide 'available spaces' signage.
By Train: From the south: Virgin Trains operates hourly, direct services from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street (with a journey time of just over two hours). Other long-distance rail services also operate into Liverpool Lime Street station. ACC Liverpool is a 20-minute walk from Lime Street or a short taxi ride. You can also transfer at Lime Street onto the underground Wirral Line trains to James Street station (10 minute walk) or catch the CityLink Route C4 (7am – 8pm) directly to ACC Liverpool. If travelling from outside Merseyside, you can catch an underground train to James Street station from Lime Street station, inclusive of the cost of your ticket.
Party itinerary • Arrival Doors open at 7pm with pre-dinner entertainment before dinner being served at approximately 8:30pm.
• Dress Code As glamorous and glitzy as Vegas itself! Gents either black tie or smart (trousers with shirt and / or tie), ladies smart evening wear. Please inform all your guests that we do not allow trainers, t-shirts, denim or jeans. Guests who are not dressed appropriately will be refused admission.
• Cloakroom There is a fully-staffed cloakroom where guests can leave their coats. You will be given a ticket which you must keep hold of as it will be required to collect your coat when you leave. If you lose your ticket you will just be asked to wait until all items have been collected before any coats are released. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the cloakroom.
• Tables These are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The majority of tables seat up to 10 guests, but you will be advised at the time of booking the tables allocated to your party. Parties with two or more tables will be adjacent to each other If your party is less than 8 people, your party could be sharing with other smaller parties. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests - please contact us to discuss on 0151 239 6000 Allocated table numbers will be displayed on the Table Plan outside the dining area.
• Drinks There is a cash bar available throughout the evening and all drinks must be paid for on the evening Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on to the premises Last orders are at 12:15am, bar closes at 12:30am. All guests will be expected to have left the venue by 1am.
• Disabled Facilities Our staff will be happy to help with any special requirements for disabled guests. We would be grateful if you could kindly notify us in advance to assist when allocating your tables etc.
• First Aid Facilities There are first aid technicians on site throughout the entire evening
• Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the venue Guests wishing to smoke will be directed outside onto the riverside piazza Please note that glasses are not to be taken out of the venue
