HEXAGON APARTMENTS

Located in the heart of Covent Garden, Hexagon Apartments’ iconic building is one of a kind, highlighted through its hexagonal shape, giving uninterrupted 360° views of London’s skyline. Famous for its street entertainers, nearby theatres and charming restaurants, London’s West End, Covent Garden is a shopping and entertainment hub. Introducing a fresh, contemporary new look for the already brilliant Hexagon Apartments, BoxNine7 were brought in to create a space deemed perfect for young working professionals wanting to experience the hustle and bustle that Covent Garden has to offer. Working with the interesting shapes of the apartment, the show unit was brought to life with unique furnishings such as the blue cord sofa and diverse accessories used throughout. No corner was left untouched with ever y room telling a different story. With enough space to entertain guests, locally sourced finishing touches were added in the bathrooms and bedrooms playing homage to the surrounding areas, creating a space welcoming for any lucky working professional.

CHAPTER HOUSE

Surrounded by secret gardens, Chapter House is a dramatic Victorian building in the heart of Covent Garden, complete with Art Deco elements within the communal areas. The designers felt it was essential to acknowledge the deep histor y, and the vibrant theatrical scenes Covent Garden has to offer, whilst utilising every corner within the apartment to show off the ample space. With a sophisticated, golden, teal colour scheme, we added a large vintage floral print as a talking point in the open living space evoking a similar feel to an old-fashioned theatre poster. With the apartment featuring one bedroom, we knew it wouldn’t be filled with people at all times; however, we could envision the potential buyers being big on the social scene whilst enjoying home comforts when possible! If that wasn’t enough small touches, to add a little extra character, we hung off dado rails artwork and mirrors to reflect the Art Deco style. The team also purchased some textured fabric border, which we attached to the lampshades. Overall, we believed that all of these little touches, really added a creative flair to the apartment, just like Covent Garden itself.

LANDMARK PLACE

Overlooking the River Thames by Tower Bridge is our Landmark Place project. In collaboration with Barratt London, the waterfront residential development features world-class amenities within an iconic setting. With an abundance of attractive riverside restaurants, plus The Shard and Southbank just a small stroll away, if the location wasn’t already a winner, the apartment interior was the welcomed cherry on top. With a push on the international clientele, a sophisticated but fresh design was decided for the property. Working with a neutral colour painted on the walls, the designers opted to bring subtle pops of colour throughout within the upholstery and accessories. Located in the open plan kitchen, a glass dining table complete with velvet chairs was selected for a clean finish. Fringed abstract art and ombre tassel stools inject fun and personality fulfilling the apartments overall style.

LANGHAM STREET

With its unbeatable transport links, this neighbourhood is quickly becoming a must-visit area of London. Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, our Langham Street project is surrounded by some of the best bars, restaurants and shops the capital has to offer. The completed city apartment oozed sophistication; the designers were hugely inspired by the area when designing the Langham Street scheme. The matchless scheme displays an authentic style, with its dark wood flooring paired with muted colour accessories. The dining area features a bespoke dining table with a gold base completed with suave velvet chairs, ready for those dinner parties the imagined homeowner would host. The contemporary style is carried through into the master bedroom, where an olive-green headboard proudly centres the room matched with brass drawer bedside tables.

TWICKENHAM GATEWAY Located in the green neighbourhood of Twickenham, the area offers an abundance of places to explore including; public parks, riverside pubs and restaurants and for the sportier ones – the iconic Twickenham Stadium. Importance was placed on reflecting the abundance of social spaces while simultaneously transferring an earthy tonal palette to create a warm and welcoming environment, elevated with textured patterns and artwork. Opting for a lighter wood, soft hues and neutral fabrics were used throughout to create a ‘Scandinavian’ finish to the scheme. The use of raw materials enhanced the design further adding texture while rich brass finishes used on the coffee table was a welcomed contrast to the tranquil, naturally lit apartment.

PADDINGTON GARDENS Just a stone’s throw away from Paddington station, the location was a key selling point to the area. The team spent a lot of time exploring the busy neighbourhood. From Merchant Square and Little Venice, to Hyde Park – restaurants and activities are abundant for all ages. Property developers, Meritas got in touch with our talented team to use our Interior Design service and create three exceptional schemes for their Paddington Gardens development. With a big focus towards attracting international clientele, each scheme was carefully designed to suit a range of life stages; spanning from young business-driven singleton to a settled family nest. With the property situated moments from the canal, our designers injected a sense of calmness into the apartments through the use of colours and textures, topped off with fresh blooms and scents to bring the outdoors in.

The first stage of our interior design service begins by gathering the relevant information about your p r o p e r t y. We w i l l d i s c u s s t h e s c o p e of the work, as well as using this opportunity to get to know more a b o u t y o u a n d y o u r v i s i o n . We ’ d love to meet you in person, but if preferred, we can do this over the phone, the choice is yours!

O n r e c e i p t o f y o u r p ay m e n t , y o u r dedicated designers will conduct a site visit and obtain the full design brief.

04 [ PROCUREMENT & SIGN- OFF ] O n c e t h e d e s i g n h a s b e e n s i g n e d o f f, you’ll receive an invoice. On receipt o f pay m e n t , t h e te a m c a n b e g i n t h e procurement process of all furniture pieces and accessories ready for installation.

03 [ P R O P O S A L & P R E S E N TAT I O N ] Now t h e e xc i t i n g p a r t b e g i n s ! Fo l l o w i n g t h e s i t e v i s i t , t h e t e a m will begin to create a scheme tailored to you. The proposal will be presented to you in person or sent via email followed up with a video call. Any changes you wish to m a k e w i l l b e m a d e a t t h i s s t a g e . We will amend the proposal accordingly until you are fully satisfied with the design and confirm final sign-off.

Thank you to the BoxNine7 team for providing such a h e l p f u l s e r v i c e . We r e a l l y f e l t l i k e t h e y t o o k t h e t i m e to listen and understand the scope of the project. The designers that worked on the project were exactly what we were looking for. T h i s L o n d o n w a t e r s i d e p r o j e c t w a s s o m e w h a t t r i c k y, w i t h compromised views, but commanded a £2m price tag. Once the team transformed the space, incorporating some bright, soft furnishings, upholstered headboards, sheer curtains and accessories, they vastly improved the overall look, and the property was soon after sold to include the furniture.
