This custom-made oak wine cabinet fits perfectly into this room designed to welcome cigar lovers. To harmonize with the walls covered with leather, Degré12 coated the oak with tinted walnut oil. The skirting boards in the same colour and the chocolate-coloured armchairs complete the cosy atmosphere in this room. The wine cabinet has 2 distinct temperature zones for red and white wines. Solid wooden doors are mounted on invisible hinges. LED lighting integrated into the wood panels accentuates the labels of the displayed bottles on the inclined trays. Este mueble para vino hecho a la medida y en roble se encaja perfectamente en este espacio destinado a recibir a los amantes del cigarro. Para alinearse con las paredes tapizadas en cuero, Degré12 ha revestido el roble con un aceite de teñido nogal. Los zócalos en el mismo tono y los sillones en color chocolate completan el ambiente acogedor de esta pieza. La vinoteca cuenta con 2 zonas de diferentes temperaturas para vinos tintos y blancos. In this 1970s house, Hélène and Olivier Lempereur recreated a unique ambiance halfway between a large family home and a contemporary West Coast American house. Here, we find the first custom-made wine cellar designed by Olivier, who has since made it his leit motif. Originally reserved for the great houses of gastronomy, the wine cave has become a stand-alone element of the décor, with the added bonus of the gourmet and epicurean side for which the couple is famous. It divides the space while providing transparency and breath to the room.
En esta propiedad de 1970, Hélène y Olivier Lempereur han creado un ambiente único a medio camino entre una gran casa familiar y un hogar contemporáneo en la costa occidental americana. Aquí encontramos la primera bodega diseñada a la medida por Olivier, un prinicipio que constituye desde entonces su razón de vida. Esta bodega estaba originalmente reservada a las casas grandes de la gastronomía, sin embargo el sótano se ha convertido en una parte independiente de la decoración, con la ventaja añadida del aspecto gastronómico de Borgoña para que la pareja está conocida. El sótano divide el espacio y, al mismo tiempo, ofrece transparencia y ligereza.

Dans cette villa des années 1970, Hélène et Olivier Lempereur ont su recréer une atmosphère unique à mi-chemin entre grande demeure familiale et maison contemporaine de la côte ouest américaine. On y retrouve la première cave à vin sur mesure créée par Olivier qui en a depuis fait un de ses leitmotivs. D’abord réservée aux grandes maisons de bouche, la cave à vin devient ainsi un élément à part entière de la décoration avec en prime le côté gourmand et épicurien qui fait la notoriété du couple. Elle permet ici de segmenter l’espace tout en transparences et d’apporter une respiration à la pièce.
In deze woning van 1970 hebben Hélène en Olivier Lempereur een unieke sfeer gecreëerd halverwege tussen een grote gezinswoning en een eigentijdse woning aan de Amerikaanse westkust. Hier vinden we de eerste op maat gemaakte wijnkelder ontworpen door Olivier, die hiervan sindsdien zijn leitmotief heeft gemaakt. Oorspronkelijk was deze wijnkelder gereserveerd voor de grote huizen van de gastronomie, de kelder is echter een op zichzelf staand onderdeel van het decor geworden, met de toegevoegde bonus van het gastronomische en Bourgondische aspect waarvoor het paar bekend staat. De kelder verdeelt de ruimte en verleent er tegelijk transparantie en luchtigheid aan.

For his new building in Knokke, a wine lover had the living spaces designed around a central wine room. The combination of smooth and brittle textures gives the spaces an additional dimension. Timeless and characteristic materials were chosen such as tinted oak parquet and a white stone wall. The refrigerated wine cabinets with lacquered steel door frames are illuminated indirectly. Para su casa nueva en Knokke, un amante del vino dejaba diseñar los espacios de vida alrededor de un cuarto de vino central. La combinación de texturas lisas y brutas confiere a los espacios una dimensión suplementaria. Se eligieron materiales atemporales y distintivos como un parquet de roble teñido y una pared en piedra blanca. Los refrigeradores de vino con los marcos de puerta pintados de acero están indirectamente iluminados. Le jeu d’ensemble de textures lisses et brutes donne aux espaces une dimension particulière. Le choix s’est porté sur des matières intemporelles et élégantes, comme un plancher en chêne teint et un mur en pierre blanche. Les caves à vin climatisées aux châssis de porte en acier laqué bénéficient d’un éclairage indirect. Le jeu de lignes épuré du design met parfaitement en valeur le luminaire exclusif de Henge. Voor zijn nieuwbouwwoning te Knokke liet een wijnliefhebber de leefruimtes ontwerpen rond een centrale wijnkamer. Het samenspel van gladde en brute texturen geeft de ruimtes een extra dimensie. Er werd gekozen voor tijdloze en karaktervolle materialen zoals een getint eiken parket en een wand in witsteen. De wijnklimaatkasten met gelakte stalen deurkaders worden indirect verlicht. Dit prachtige herenhuis in art-decostijl werd gerenoveerd door het paar Helen en Olivier Lempereur, met inachtneming van de jaren 1930 architectuur met eenvoud en eenheid. Decoratieve elementen, zoals de wijnkelder en de tafel ontworpen door Olivier, geven aan de ruimte een unieke touch.
