Nothing is more disappointing than not being able to attend an event you’ve been looking forward to. When you purchase refund protection, at least you won’t be left out of pocket.
We’ve partnered with Booking Protect to offer customers the world’s most flexible and comprehensive refund protection cover. Simply select additional refund protection at the checkout or when booking through our Box Office, and you’ll have peace of mind that you can request a full refund if certain unexpected circumstances occur and you have to miss an event. Box Office Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. On performance evenings the Box Office will remain open until 7.00pm for all bookings and until the performance start-time for tickets for that night’s show only.

Tickets Cannot Be Exchanged Or Refunded
Once purchased, your ticket is your property. The Market Place Theatre cannot refund its value to you, nor exchange it for any other ticket under any circumstances. If you cannot attend the performance for any reason, you have the option of selling or giving your ticket to another person.

Mon to Sat from 9.30am to 4.30pm. On performance evenings we take telephone bookings until 7.00pm. The easiest way to pay is by credit or debit card.
ALL BOOKINGS FOR PERFORMANCES FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 2023 ONWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO A £1.00 PER TICKET BOOKING FEE.
Special Assistance
Customers using wheelchairs or those who require special assistance attending an event should contact the Box Office in advance so that appropriate assistance can be arranged.
The H symbol beside some of our events indicates that the performance is being presented by an independent promoter | organisation which is hiring the theatre. The A symbol indicates that the performance is being presented by an amateur theatre group or organisation.
The R symbol indicates that a number of seats will be available at £5.00 for people totally dependent on state benefit.
