Obesity affects many people in the community. Prevention strategy:- physical activity and healthy diet Few people are ready to embrace a healthy lifestyle

Teaching method Health talk approach selected for the exercise This approach allows directly interaction with the audience The approach is cost-effective It is also easy to conduct with a large group. It helps to pass important messages on health issues.

 To assess the participant’s understanding of the disease  To assess the level of knowledge on obesity prevention Evaluation is based on feedback Structured questionnaires will be used. Questionnaires will be distributed at the end to exercise
