FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6

Below is a list of activities happening on campus Friday night. We also suggest having a nice evening dinner at a number of great restaurants near your hotel, catch a movie, or spend some time at the hotel pool!

3:00pm - 10:00pm Check in at the Welcome Table Your packet of information will be located adjacent to the University Ticketing and Information Center, University Union.

6:30pm & 9:05pm Cheapseats Movie: “When in Rome,” Christie Theatre $2 shows, tickets available for purchase in the Phoenix Club, University Union.

7:00pm Women’s Volleyball v. Cleveland State, Kress Events Center Support the women’s volleyball team as they compete against Cleveland State. Purchase tickets in advance by visiting www.uwgb.edu/tickets and clicking on the Family Weekend link or by filling out the attached Family Weekend registration form.

9:00pm Groovin Grounds, Common Grounds Coffeehouse This acoustic coffeehouse series will be feature Leah West. FREE!


SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7 8:00am - 5:00pm Kress Events Center Open Use the pass in your check-in packet to visit the facility for free! A second pair of shoes is required.

9:30am - 2:00pm Check in at the Welcome Table Your packet of information will be located adjacent to the University Ticketing and Information Center, University Union.

10:00am - 4:00pm The Phoenix Bookstore Open Look for the 20% discount in your check-in packet.

10:00am - NOON Mini Sessions, University Union During your visit to campus, a little “education” seems appropriate. You’ll be provided with a full list of workshop choices when you check in for the weekend.

10:00am - NOON Family Fun Fest, Cloud Commons Children’s activities and crafts! Small children must be accompanied by an adult. Sponsored by the Residence Hall & Apartment Association.

NOON Women’s Basketball v. UW-Parkside, Kress Events Center Cheer on the women’s basketball team as they take on UW-Parkside. Purchase tickets in advance by visiting www.uwgb.edu/tickets and clicking on the Family Weekend link or by filling out the attached Family Weekend registration form.


12:30pm - 2:00pm Lunch & Comedy City, University Union The Comedy City theatre troupe features improv comedy. Comedy City is the Green Bay area’s longestrunning comedy club. This hour-long show will put two teams of imporvisational comedians on-stage to compete for laughs. The audience is asked for suggestions, and the players use those suggestions to create scenes, songs, and sketches. Lunch is a soup and sandwich buffet. SATURDAY AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES CHOOSE ONE:

2:00pm - 4:30pm Lambeau Field Tour and Hall of Fame It’s the only true retro-look stadium in the entire league. The Lambeau Field Atrium is home to the Packers Pro Shop, the Hall of Fame, Curly’s Pub, and more. Purchase tickets in advance by visiting www.uwgb.edu/tickets and clicking on the Family Weekend link or by filling out the attached Family Weekend registration form. Tickets will be in your check-in packet and NOT at the stadium. Your Hall of Fame ticket is good all day long. For Lambeau tours, you will be assigned a specific one-hour time slot. If you would like to choose your time slot, please purchase tickets on-line.

3:00pm Women’s Volleyball v. Wright State, Kress Events Center If you missed the game the night before, now is your chance to come cheer on the women’s volleyball team as they face Wright State. Purchase tickets in advance by visiting www.uwgb.edu/tickets and clicking on the Family Weekend link or by filling out the attached Family Weekend registration form.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8 9:30am - 12:30pm Pancake and Porkies Breakfast, Ecumenical Center Sponsored by the campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
