We're delighted to have started a new stage of the project in which our main objective is to promote traditional, organic olive farming. Our aim is to maintain the time‐honoured skills of our rural ancestors, bringing you fresh, natural, unrefined olive oil – straight from the field to your doorstep. No middlemen involved. In the field, we visit and care for our trees every day. We use no pesticides, ti id i insecticides ti id or chemical h i l fertilizers f tili and d adhere dh strictly to farming models that respect the region’s agricultural ecosystem.

– SUSTAINABILITY Our main reason for being. The Los Aires product: – ensures a fair price for the source farmer; – is grown and harvested with the utmost respect for nature. – PROXIMITY Olives from family‐owned, traditional olive trees in Toledo. Olive oil delivered direct to your door. – Q QUALITY Pure olive juice, freshly squeezed from the 2013 harvest, is collected and separated in a way that maintains the olive oil's optimum health characteristics and organoleptic properties (taste, colour, odour, etc.).

WHAT DOES LOS AIRES OLIVE OIL REPRESENT? – CHARACTER Oil derived from 100% cornicabra olives, olives native to Toledo, Toledo Spain. Spain Los Aires olive oil was produced as a limited edition of 1,200 bottles. Various tastings g certify y that Los Aires olive oil has a soft, , fruity taste with subtle notes of bitterness and spice, and an aroma reminiscent of fresh herbs and ripe tomatoes. It is the cornicabra olives that make Los Aires olive oil unique.
