spaces to do this work.
Date: 2018
The city of Tabarka has been taken as an example of a study since we found out that red coral, a wealth of heritage for the Tabarkois, is threatened so we decided to make an architectural space that aims to preserve it.
The implementation of the project was made according to: -2 axes (marina / island and sea / old port) -Direction of sun and wind -The creation of a plot for the shops (morphology of a souk).
-Creation of urban and visual breakthroughs. -Creation of a route where the visitor crosses the project towards the island.
The development of this project has been done after a study on the spatial qualities that ensure sa good performance for users, while taking into account ecological and technical solutions.
Creating voids to bring in fresh air and natural light.
The tilted roofs are a reminder to Tabarka’s sloping roofs, also it’s a solution for precipitation.
-To control the amount of natural light needed we use a perforated envelope that serves as a thermal insulator, a solar breeze and supports natural ventilation.
The energetic efficiency is a goal we aim to reach, therefore the use of hydraulic energy coming from the movement of the water which circulates towards the basins.

02. Designing a multifunctional building Context: Academic project 4th year, ENAU Location: Jardins de carthage, Tunis, Tunisia Area: 18000 m² Date: 2017
MASTER PLAN
This project is a multifunctional building located in Jardins de carthage, it contains shops at the ground floor and office and residential areas on the floors with a luxurious loft on the upper floor. The building is characterized by an ecological approach that manifests itself in a vegetal envelope with accessible terrace that contains gardens for the inhabitants and provides them with a view over the forest.

03. Designing an open public market in Ariana Context: Workshop Structure, ENAU Location: Ariana, Tunis, Tunisia Area: 4000 m² Date: 2016 Team: Mohamed Ali Dhouib, Rania Belgith, Sahar Laajili
SITE PLAN The aim of the project is not only to create a public market, but also to encourage the development of sustainable and ecological spaces within the city. The program consists of sales points for the market, a cafĂŠ, a restaurant and a storage area located in the basement, allowing the transport of the daily fresh market commodity and the trash by the end of a work day through a hoist. The main interest of this project is that of focusing on the factor of sustainability. The evacuation system and rainwater collection created by the shape of the mashroom-like structure and the use of vegetation as the main layout gives the project its ecological aspect.
First of all we must define the mushroom or umbrella structure. It is essentially a vertical cantilever structure, that is to say a set of beams with a support only on one side. 50% of the total mass of the structure is located on the upper side of the structure. This type of structure is considered ecological and

architecture thanks to its water drainage system using its shape that can be preserved for other uses. For a project like a public flee market, water is an important element in everyday life, just as the need for such a structure that protects such a busy place without closing it, makes the mushroom structure the ideal model for these types of projects

04. Urban Intervention on the old port of Bizerte Context: Workshop Town planning, ENAU Location: Bizerte, Tunisia Date: 2018 Team: Abdessamad El Aichati, Ahmed Zorgui, Mohammed Bouattour, Kawther Alimi, Yassmine Chaniour
The city of Bizerte is very rich in history, many civilizations have staggered there and have left traces of their passage, but this succession of cultures was the cause of the superposition of several incompatible layout schemes. During the first phase of the exercise, each group of students analyzes a region in the city center to determine the flaws they are suffering from. Our group was interested in the market area located on the west bank of the old port. The Market Zone is a particularly dense area. The alleys can no longer contain the immense flow that converges towards the market and the mosque. In addition, empty spaces have became rare and generally used as a parking lot. This area is however one of the most popular Bizerte, it is home to several activities specific to this region and still remains a landmark at the downtown level.

PHASE 2: PROPOSITION D’AMENAGEMENT URBAINE The purpose of this second phase is to propose a new urbain scheme for the city of Bizerte. We noticed that the water was stagnating at the old port because of the new Marina project that influenced currents coming from the Mediterranean. To try to remedy this, we proposed to dig a new canal that would connect the old port to the old canal. As a result, marine traffic will be restored and old port water will no longer be polluted. In addition this new canal will be a new path for canoes and other small boats. We also noticed that the buildings overlooking the sea are only administrative and military buildings, so we proposed to relocate them elsewhere and open the beach to the public with cultural and entertainment areas that overlook the sea. We have also taken the route of the old city to create perspectives that connects the beach and downtown visually.

05. Designing a restaurant: Pomme de pain Context: Professional internship, A.W.A architects Location: Sousse, Tunisa Area: 125 m² Date: 2019
The project is a restaurant of the international franchise « Pomme de pain » which is located at the commercial center Mall of Sousse. A flux analysis was made to choose the location of the display cabinet and the restoration area. In the back and communicating with these two spaces are the kitchen and storage, the design of these two spaces have already been done on the basics of hygiene and forward movement. The creation of the restaurant was made with carefully respecting the charte
